Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur elektrochemischen Abscheidung eines Beschichtungsmaterials auf einem Substrat (10), insbesondere eines katalytischen Materials auf eine Brennstoffzellenkomponente, mit einem Tauchbad (18), welches einen Elektrolyten (20) enthält. Zwischen Substrat (10) und Elektrolyt (20) ist ein saugfähiger Tampon (16) angeordnet, welcher Substrat (10) und Elektrolyt (20) kontaktiert, wobei das Beschichtungsmaterial durch den Tampon (16) auf das Substrat (10) gelangt. Die Erfindung betrifft ebenso ein Verfahren zur elektrochemischen Abscheidung.
