Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Entladungslampe zur Erzeugung von UV-Strahlung mit einem langgestreckten Entladungsgefäß aus Kieselglas, welches einen mit einem Füllgas befüllten Entladungsraum aufweist, mit einer ersten reflektierenden Elektrode und einer zweiten reflektierenden Elektrode, die auf der dem Entladungsraum abgewandten Oberfläche des Entladungsgefäßes angeordnet sind, und mit einem Strahlungsaustrittsfenster, welches an einer Stirnseite der Entladungslampe angeordnet ist. Das Entladungsgefäß ist aus nur einem Rohr gebildet, das an seinen beiden Enden jeweils verschlossen ist, wobei die erste Elektrode und die zweite Elektrode das Entladungsgefäß jeweils ringförmig umschließen und die erste Elektrode beabstandet neben der zweiten Elektrode auf dem Rohr angeordnet ist.
