Description
The The invention relates to a permanent-magnet motor with external rotor.
Schalenmagnete geformten Dauermagneten von innen her einzubringen. External rotor motors, in particular permanently excited external rotor motors, have in the Usually a tubular, rotating part in which ring or shell magnets to excite the stator winding the engine are introduced. Such an arrangement is described in EP-A1 0844722 described in which an external rotor in cup or bell shape from a rotor carrier and a rotor flange is formed. On the inside of the bell-shaped outer rotor closes a Blechronden package, which in turn several permanent magnets receives. In an external rotor, consisting from a one-piece outer sheath So are the individual as a ring or shell magnets shaped permanent magnet from the inside. Disadvantage of this arrangement is on the one hand the very cost-intensive production of the ring or shell magnets and on the other hand their introduction and attachment in the tubular, rotating part of the external rotor motor.
The present invention is a motor, in particular external rotor motor, specify at which the assembly is simplified with the corresponding magnets.
These Task is by a permanent-magnet external rotor motor with a tubular outer rotor and two bearing shields solved by that the tubular one Outrunner out a plurality of magnet assemblies, each magnet assembly from a first strip of magnetic material and a second one Strip of magnetically conductive material, which with the first Strip permanently connected and attached to the end shields is, is constructed and the second strip of the magnet assembly the lateral surface of the External rotor form.
Advantage of the arrangement according to the invention is in particular that the individual magnet assemblies are assembled into a tubular outer rotor and do not have to be laboriously introduced into a corresponding, for example, one-piece tube as a carrier material. In addition, the magnet arrangements according to the invention used are advantageously constructed in each case of a first strip of magnetic material and a second strip of magnetically conductive material, which serves as a carrier of the first strip of magnetic material, whereby geometrically simple basic body, for example cuboidal laminates, instead of very expensive to produce ring or shell magnets can be used for equipping a carrier. The use of a separate carrier material, such as a tube is unnecessary. The parts required for producing the functional outer rotor are reduced by the functional summary by the inventive structure of the magnet assemblies used. The magnet arrangements used according to the invention can be permanently connected to each other, for example, by adhering a first strip of magnetic material to a second strip of magnetically conductive material. Of course, other attachment methods are possible. In addition, the first and second strips used, in particular the first strips of magnetic material, in the non-magnetized state can be permanently connected to one another and only then magnetized, for example together with other magnets, which are made in a similar manner. But it is also conceivable and possible to perform the magnetization after assembly of the magnets to an external rotor, ie the magnetization of the entire external rotor. In contrast to the magnetization of ring and shell magnets, the magnetization of the magnets used according to the invention can be carried out by the simple structures of the components used, in particular the respective first strip and the second strip, by much simpler magnetization processes, so that also cost advantages in the production arise. According to the invention, the respectively outwardly facing second strip of magnetically conductive material is fastened with at least one fastening means to a respective bearing plate. By this type of attachment, each of the magnet assemblies is very simple and can be easily replaced without complex mounting work in position and can be easily replaced, for example, in defects or damage, since the fasteners, such as screws, with respect to the annular structure of the outer rotor to the outside show and are easily accessible. The corresponding openings for receiving the fastening means in both the magnet assemblies and in the end shields can also be made very easily and inexpensively prior to the assembly of the magnet assemblies to the external rotor, already in the preparation of the magnet arrangements themselves. The shape of the openings for receiving the fastening means and the use of certain fasteners, such as screws, are completely arbitrary. Of course, other means or methods for attaching the magnet assemblies to the end shields are possible. After the He The first strip and the second strip, which make up the magnets, essentially have a cuboidal basic shape. The advantage of this arrangement is in particular that these forms can be produced very simply and cost-effectively and can be adjusted very easily and simply according to their function or their field of application or purpose with respect to size or thickness. By an appropriate choice of the geometric dimensions of the second strip of magnetically conductive material, which takes over the function of the carrier for the first strip of magnetic material, as mentioned above, the use of a separate carrier material is unnecessary and the parts required for the production of an external rotor are Function summary reduced by the inventive structure of the magnet assemblies used. Of course, it is also possible, the corresponding second strips of magnetically conductive material, which act as a carrier, according to manufacture so that after assembly of the magnet assemblies to the outer rotor of the corresponding desired shape is formed, for example, an exactly circular cross-section of the outer rotor with respect to the Rotation axis of the external rotor.
To another exceedingly advantageous embodiment invention, the second strip is separate and / or after Merging to the tubular External rotor editable and / or connectable with further strips. In particular, as already described above, for the production of the magnet arrangements respectively used second strip processed or shaped be that after assembling the magnet assembly to the External rotor the desired shape the external rotor, for example a precisely circular Cross section with respect to whose axis of rotation results. In addition, it is also conceivable that the existing of the individual magnet arrangements external rotor only after assembly is processed according to the desired shape. In addition to the use of simple geometric shapes as second stripes as a carrier for the first strip of magnetic material, for example, rectangular basic shapes or essentially cuboid Basic shapes, or already preformed second strip, which after their assembly to an external rotor automatically the desired Shape, in particular the desired one Outline, corresponds, the second strip of the magnet arrangements for realization or achievement additional functions or shaped effects accordingly, or be equipped with more stripes. In this case, for example, strips are conceivable that between the fastening means the corresponding second strip of the magnet arrangement such are arranged that the additional Strip relative the axis of rotation of the outer rotor radially to point outward. The shape of these further strips, for example, also cuboid be. The additional Can strip but also, depending on the application, to which they are attached to the external rotor should take any other forms. The additional Can strip for example, as separately produced strips on the magnet arrangements according to the invention attached or permanently connected. A one-piece production However, a correspondingly shaped second strip is also conceivable and possible. By such an arrangement are very easy further effects or additional Functions such as achieving a vortex effect and / or a cooling effect to achieve. The attachment of additional Strip is also for example for operating a chain, etc., conceivable and possible.
