Description
Sockets for fluorescent lamps are known which have a slot for receiving the lamp contact pins have provided rotor. Before the fluorescent lamp is inserted, the is located Rotor in such a position that the slot in the direction of another, on the head of the stationary socket housing attached slot has. The fluorescent lamp can now with its two bases inserted into the sockets, d. i.e., the pins slide through the grooves in the socket housings into the grooves made in the rotors. By turning the fluorescent lamp inserted in this way, they turn Rotors of the two versions with, and this rotation is continued until the in general Engage rotors interacting with locking devices, thus being in the working position. The angle of rotation is generally chosen to be 90 °. In this position the contact pins touch the fluorescent lamp in the socket fixed contact springs, whereby the lamp Tension is laid.
Since the angle of rotation of such a mount (the one executed by the rotor Angle when rotating from the lamp insert to the working position) the position of the pins to Lamp socket and thus the lamp is finally fixed to the lamp socket, such sockets are sufficient not for fluorescent lamps mirrored on one side, the light of which is only emitted to one side will. Such a fluorescent lamp must be on a wall, ceiling or in a corner attached or is the body to be illuminated in a very specific position to the lamp, rotated so that the light is emitted in the desired direction.
Ebenso wird der innere, kernartige Teil der Rolle gegenüber Fassung für Leuchtstofflampen mit einer zur Führung der LampenkontaktstifteThe subject of the above invention is a fluorescent lamp socket with one for guiding the lamp contact pins serving, rotatable role that fully meets these requirements. The rotatable The role of this socket consists of an inner, a slot for inserting the lamp contact pins having, core-like part and a cap-like, outer part arranged concentrically therewith, which each other have a space for receiving the lamp contact pins and the contact springs. These contact springs pass through openings in the outer, cap-like part to the outside and thus provide the electrical connection to the terminals via stationary mating contacts here. The outer, cap-like part of the roller is rotated by a, in a corresponding Limited recess of the housing bottom engaging projection or similar means. as well is the inner, core-like part of the role opposite socket for fluorescent lamps with a for guiding the lamp contact pins

The ones on radial inner webs of the outer, cap-like part of the tube lying against and between these and the inner, core-like part Part of the same arranged contact springs engage with cams or wave-like bulges in corresponding axial recesses or grooves of the core-like part. This will make the kernel-like Part coupled in the initial position of the roller with the cap-like part, the engagement of the Spring in the core-like part when rotating the lamp by the contact pins of the same again canceled and the two roller parts are thereby uncoupled. The outer, cap-like part of the roll becomes by a fixed spring engaging in a tooth system or a slide against rotation held in a ratchet. The two contact springs arranged in the space between the roller parts include the lamp pins so that when removing the lamp, i. H. when turning back oppose it with more resistance than when it began. The version according to the invention can still be designed so that the resistance that the two contact springs the lamp pins Oppose when removing the lamp, is greater than the resistance of the latching on the outer, cap-like part of the roll.

The roller arranged in the socket housing consists of the inner part 1 and the outer, cap-like part Part 2 (fig. 1, 2 and 3). There are cavities 3 and 4 between the two cap parts, in which the two contact springs 5 and 6 are inserted. The two contact springs come with it one end through openings in the cap-like part 2 to the outside, where it connects to the stationary Contacts 7 and 8 are connected. The inner, core-like part of the roller has a protrusion 9, which engages in a recess 10 of the socket housing, whereby the rotary movement the role is limited. The inner, core-like part 1 of the roller is opposite the outer, cap-like Part also only rotatable within certain limits. To limit the core-like part 1 has a part of its circumference a radial extension 11, the stops 1 & forms which against the Strike the end faces 19 of the cam 12 formed on the outer, cap-like part. The contact springs 5 and 6, which rest on the radial inner webs 13 and 14, engage with cams or wave-like Bulges in corresponding axial recesses or grooves of the core-like part 1. As a result, the inner part is coupled to the cap-like part in the initial position of the roller. Of the However, engagement of the springs in the core-like part is designed in such a way that this coupling occurs when the lamp is rotated is canceled again by the contact springs and the two roller parts are thereby uncoupled. The outer, cap-like part of the roller has a toothing in which the fixed spring 15 engages, whereby the role is held in a latching manner against twisting. Instead of this spring 15 can also a corresponding slide, which is under spring action, can be used. The two in between 3 and 4 of the roll located, the lamp pins comprising contact springs 5 and 6 are on their ends 16 and 17 shaped so that they more the lamp pins when unscrewing the lamp Oppose resistance than when inserting it. The spring forces of the two springs 5 and 6 are matched with respect to the detent spring 15 so that they touch the contact pins when the lamp is removed Oppose a greater resistance than the detent spring.
