Description

Device for deforming concrete masses in metal molds or formwork The invention relates to facilities, that is to say molds and formwork for manufacturing of concrete goods and exposed concrete walls without reworking (grinding, polishing, etc.), the surfaces of which are tempered by fire-enamelled coating in such a way that they well-known, molded on glass surface image of the concrete molding in any repetitions enable, however, to be handled easily and safely even in robust vibrating operation are. Furthermore, they are stable against mechanical and chemical stress easy to separate from the concrete surface without breaking and easy to clean.

It is known that concrete goods, exposed concrete walls or components on whose good-looking surface is important, in the casting, shaking, vibration, or similar processes on machined or coated with lacquer or plastic Metal and wooden surfaces or on glass and plastic can be produced and at Harden your base map. In all of these cases there are disadvantages in the fact that on the one hand the imaging surfaces, in particular on the necessary Compaction work, due to the sharp lean constituents of the concrete, considerable wear out and thereby soon lose the desired surface beauty and that on the other hand, in many cases, fine cement particles that set in spite of the release agent used are bound to it, which then lead to sometimes considerable cleaning work on the Force molded parts. In addition, z. B. the known shapes made of glass against impacts sensitive, metal molds very sensitive to corrosion against cement broth. In all In cases, however, it is difficult to achieve a non-slip, yet closed surface produce that are not roughened as is the case with sanding and then their pores need to be polished up.

These disadvantages are overcome by the present invention, according to which remunerates the forms or the like made of metal by means of burned-in fire enamel surfaces are. This has the advantage that with this coating, both a gloss and a matt surface of the concrete body to be mapped can be produced. Further the imaging area can be easily separated from the imaging area. The fire enamel coating is also very stable against mechanical and chemical attacks to be molded Concrete mass and retains its surface texture almost indefinitely.
