Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dunstabzugshaube. Derartige Dunstabzugshauben dienen dazu, den beispielsweise in Küchen, insbesondere auch Großküchen, Gastronomiebetrieben und Betrieben der Lebensmittelherstellung und -verarbeitung entstehenden Dunst abzuziehen. Dabei fällt Kondensat, insbesondere Fett an, dessen Niederschlag im Innenraum der Dunstabzugshaube und in den abführenden Luftkanälen zu Problemen führt, insbesondere auch zu einer Brandgefahr. Es ist deshalb zwingend erforderlich, den Kondensatniederschlag regelmäßig zu beseitigen oder zu verhindern, soweit dies technisch möglich ist.The invention relates to an extractor hood.
