Description

Vorrichtung zur Rückgewinnung der Schwadenwärme In Zellstoff- und Papierfabriken und ähnlichen Betrieben kommen bei den Arbeitsprozessen große Wassermengen zur Verdampfung, die durch Abluftschlote ins Freie entweichen; oder es werden Einrichtungen verwendet, die dem Dampfluftgemisch die Wärme entziehen und damit aus dem Freien genommene gefilterte Luft erwärmen. Solche Anlagen, durch die große Wärmemengen zurückgewonnen werden, arbeiten folgendermaßen: Ein Abluftventilator saugt durch eine Batterie von Wärmeaustauschzellen das Dampfluftgemisch an und befördert die abgekühlte Schwadenluft ins Freie. Im OOuerstrom wird durch den Wärmeaustauscher Frischluft gesaugt, die nach entsprechender Erwärmung durch einen Ventilator einem Verwendungszweck zugeführt wird. Während die Frischluft waagerecht durch die Wärrneaustauschzellen geführt wird, muß das Dampfluftgemisch senkrecht durch die Zellen strömen, damit das sich bildende Kondensat in die unter dem @Ä'ärmeaustauscher angebrachte Wanne abfließen kann. Bei bekannten Ausführungen solcher Batterien sind zur seitlichen Begrenzung der Kanäle die Kanten der Platten abgewinkelt und die abgewinkelten Kanten durch Umfalzen mit den Kanten der benachbarten Platten verbunden. Demgegenüber besteht die vorliegende Erfindung darin, daß an jeder Platte jeweils zwei zusammenstoßende Kanten abgewinkelt sind. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der jeweils an den vier Ecken der Platten Distanzbolzen durch zwischen den Platten liegende Distanzhülsen hindurchgeführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei zwischen denselben Trennwänden (6, 7, 8) liegende Hülsen (11) durch einen mit dem Gehäuserahmen (14) des Plattenwärmeaustauschers verschraubten Arm (12) miteinander verbunden sind.
