Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
When making conductor connections on electrical cables, especially oil cables For higher voltages, in addition to clamping connections, soft soldering is usually used applied with a lead-tin solder that only requires heating to low temperatures. But since the operating temperature of such cables is relatively high, there is a risk that short-circuit-like Overloads the temperature of the conductor rises so high that the durability of the soft solder joint is questioned. There has therefore long been a desire for the conductor connection of such Apply wire brazing. But also when making connections to other conductors, splicing and soft soldering are cumbersome, such as with high-density round conductors, the ability to use braze would be very desirable. However, brazing requires Depending on the type of solder, the connection point is heated to around 650 to 1000 ° C. Since the Insulation of the conductors may not be damaged by the soldering heat, that would be the opposite of the previous practice require significantly more resetting of the core insulation, which requires longer sleeves would. In addition, this would result in the winding work to supplement the conductor insulation increased connection made. For economic reasons, it must therefore be as low as possible Distance between the separated insulation of the conductor ends to be used are required.
To avoid these disadvantages, a method for monitoring the conductor temperature at the Manufacture of connections of insulated electrical conductors proposed, in which the connection through Brazing is done using on the stripped conductor ends just next to the stripped one Clamping jaws made of highly conductive material attached to the end of the insulation. According to the invention, the Conductor temperature not at the soldering point itself, but between the clamping jaws and the insulation by means of monitored by a thermocouple.
Zweckmäßig können die beiden Spannbacken Verfahren zur ÜberwachungThe invention makes it possible to go with the soldering temperature to the highest possible limit, because through the temperature monitoring before the insulation reliably prevents thermal damage to the same will. The soldering can be carried out according to a program to be determined on a case-by-case basis by initially The soldering point is preheated up to a certain temperature at the monitoring point and at When this temperature is reached, the flux is applied; thereupon the warming up to one continued second predetermined temperature at which the solder is applied, followed by cooling he follows. The two clamping jaws can expediently be used for monitoring methods

To explain the invention, the drawing is used, which is a prepared for the production of the conductor connection Represents connection point.
These clamping jaws are dimensioned in such a way that that the cooling of the conductors brought about by them is so great that that which occurs during the soldering process Increase in temperature of the conductors on the remote insulation the maximum permissible level of does not exceed about 180 to 200 ° C. The clamping jaws 3 are, for example, by a clamping bolt 4 connected to each other, in such a way that their distance is set and thus the to be soldered Wire ends can be brought closer to one another to an optimal soldering gap width. The soldering point is with a suitable burner 5 heated, which provides the largest possible localized heat output, which for Generation of heat build-up at the soldering point is required. With the help of a measuring instrument 6 is thereby the temperature of the conductor between the one cooling jaw and the remote insulation is monitored. First this monitoring makes it possible to approach the extremely permissible limit with the conductor temperature on the paper and enables the soldering to be carried out even by unskilled specialists after a short time

Anleitung. It allows the length L, the size of which depends on the core cross-section, to be reduced to the smallest possible value, so that one can get by with small sleeve dimensions and little winding work.
