Description
The The invention relates to a filter with a tube as the housing and a single filter candle arranged therein and a method for cleaning such a filter.
In many industrial sectors, alluvium and cake filtration is used, in particular in the food industry, brewing industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology industry. In this case filter cartridges are often used as a filter, which are mounted in a kettle-shaped housing standing on a false floor or hanging on a false floor. Such filters are only economical to operate above a certain filter size, since the boiler and the filter cartridges are to be cleaned after each filtration operation. For this purpose, special cleaning devices are necessary, which increase the investment cost of the filter considerably. For the reasons mentioned, the known filter arrangements with filter cartridges for the precoat filtration at a filter area of less than 5 m 2 are rarely or in high-priced installations used.

Of the present invention is based on the object, a filter to create, which is simple in construction and universally applicable and in particular for low filter performance is economically operable. It also lies The invention is based on the object, a method for cleaning to create such a precoat filter.
These The object is achieved by a filter having the features of the claim 1 and solved by a method having the features of claim 20.
With the filter according to the invention is a tube filter module created that is simple in construction and good to clean. So in the course of cleaning the housing cleaned can be, a hole is provided in the lower end piece, extending in the longitudinal direction extends the tube and formed for the introduction of a liquid jet is. This can be a liquid jet on the inside of the opposite tail be directed so that there Removed deposited residues can be. Furthermore The tube filter module can be adapted to the required filter performance. So can one single pipe filter module or several such pipe filter modules be used. Thus, the filtration is in a pipe or possible in several tubes, being tube bundles can be connected in parallel or in series. Depending on the type of filter candle is the alluvium and Cake filtration, trap or particle filtration and sterile filtration of liquids possible. The different filtration levels can be modular in a filter device combine. The structure of the filter according to the invention is simple because the housing from a DIN tube consists, which is closed at its ends by one end piece is, with the tails the drain opening and inlet opening include. At a first tail the filter candle is attached with its candle base, and the other End of the filter cartridge is slidably mounted and guided, so that a centering the filter candle inside half of the tube and a change in length by temperature effect possible is.
According to one preferred embodiment of the invention, the inlet opening is centric in the second end piece arranged and the means for leadership axial extension on the end element of the filter cartridge, which slidably in the inlet opening is included. It is expedient that the axial extension as in Cross-section star-shaped Tip is formed between the radial wall parts and the Wall of a portion of the inlet opening flow channels forms. Alternative to this execution can also helical channels be formed, for example, by coiled wall parts of the top or by coiled depressions in the inlet opening. In this way results a uniform distribution in the alluvium and also a uniform inflow and distribution of unfiltrate while the filtration.
According to one Another embodiment of the invention, the first end piece a cylindrical recess, in which the candle base is received and wherein at the candle foot at least a sealing ring is provided, which on the wall of the recess is applied. In this way is a simple attachment and sealing possible, wherein provided for fixing a bayonet adapter or locking means can be. Conveniently, is in the upper position in the use position an opening for venting the Unfiltratraums provided.
Provided the front end of the filter cartridge is guided in the inlet opening, it is expedient that the inlet opening two Includes bore sections and a cone between the first and second bore portions with a surface from about 20 ° to 70 °, preferably 30 ° to 50 ° to the longitudinal axis of the tube is provided. Through the cone is achieved that the influx into the unfiltrate space between the two bore sections harmonious transition is present, so that undesirable turbulence be avoided. It also ensures that the discharge the filter cake during the cleaning process can not deposit any residues, but a complete washout is reached. To clean the Unfiltratraumes the face of the lower tail over the the entire circumference must be cleaned, the on this face impinging liquid jet in the circumferential direction of the surface to get distracted. For this purpose and to facilitate the discharge the filter aid or the filter cake, the end face is inclined to Shaped level of the tube end, wherein the angle to the longitudinal axis of the tube about 50 ° to 75 °.
The Material for the pipe or the end pieces can be dependent be selected from the respective media to be filtered, d. H. depending on the purpose of the filter are plastic, glass or metal into consideration. The tail, which is adjacent to the front end of the filter cartridge, can be fixed be connected to the pipe, for example by gluing or a cohesive Connection like welding or friction welding. The tail, to which the filter cartridge is attached, is preferably detachable the tube is introduced, with the interposition of a sealing element, the tail is braced against the pipe. In particular, quick-release fasteners are suitable for this purpose.
The Length of the Pipe can depend on the length the filter candle or the size of the desired filter area be sized differently, with basically lengths between 10 mm and 3000 mm possible are. Preferably the length of the pipe about 250 mm to 1000 mm. Depending on the filter cartridge used and whose diameter, the inner diameter of the tube can be 25 mm to 250 mm, in which case preferably a diameter of 100 mm is considered. The radial distance of the circumferential surface of the filter cartridge to the inner wall of the tube should be at least 1 mm, preferably However, 20 mm to 30 mm. For filter cartridges for sterile filtration is only a small distance is required, so that in this case 1 mm is sufficient for the Precoat filtration, the distance should be 20 mm or more. On this way is a sufficient distance for the volume of the alluvium and the filter cake. There are filter cartridges made of plastic, Metal or natural Fibers, depending on the material, the filter cartridges sintered, wound or sieve-shaped could be. Particularly suitable filter cartridges are considered consisting of a thick-walled, sintered plastic, preferably the plastic is a polypropylene.
As already apparent from claim 1, such an arrangement is chosen because of the ease of cleaning, in which the filter cartridge is suspended, so that during the cleaning a backwashing takes place such that a derivative of the cleaning fluid and the particles to be discharged by the at the lower end of the tube located second tail. Thus, the position of use of the filter is seen in an at least approximately vertical orientation with respect to its longitudinal axis. The filter surface of the filter cartridge depends on the diameter and the length of the filter cartridge. As preferred is considered that the filter surface of the filter cartridge is about 0.04 m 2 to 2 m 2 . In order to provide each filter with the help of standardized modules, which are designed for the desired filter performance, it is advantageous that a plurality of modules are combined to form a tube bundle group, wherein a group preferably comprises six modules. Also with respect to the respective filtration stage suitable arrangements can be made here, for example, characterized in that the modules are arranged within a group with respect to the flow in series or in parallel.

Im Zusammenwirken des zuvor beschriebenen Rohrfiltermoduls mit den übrigen Komponenten einer Filteranlage kann das Filtrationsverfahren beispielsweise wie folgt beschrieben werden.in the Cooperation of the previously described pipe filter module with the other components of a Filter system, the filtration process, for example, as follows to be discribed.
The Voranschwemmung carried out by means of a feed pump, wherein the filter aids with water in the circulation or directly with the unfiltrate, for example Beer, to be washed ashore. In this case, the filter aid of Pre-soak the same mixture composition as the dosage. This is the possibility given to use the filter aid such that it does not lost, but the filter aid after use again regenerated and reused. After completion of pre-flooding a dosing pump is switched on and the system is switched to filtration changed. A flow rate meter shows the hourly continuous amount of liquid at. about a continuously variable metering pump is depending on the turbidity of the to be filtered liquid set the appropriate diatomaceous earth quantity and proportional added. The dosing tank is depressurised and can be refilled with filter aids at any time open become.
