Abstract

Slush-Station 20, in welcher die Formen 1 mit pulverförmigem Kunststoffmaterial befüllt werden, wobei das Kunststoffpulver an der Oberfläche der Form 1 anschmilzt, DOLLAR A c. Durchlaufgelierofen 30, in welchem der Kunststoff ausschmilzt und eine Oberflächenveredelung erfolgt, DOLLAR A d. Durchlaufkühlkammer 40 zur Abkühlung der Formen 1 mit der fertiggestellten Kunststoffhaut, DOLLAR A e. Entformstation 50, in welcher die Kunststoffhaut manuell entnommen wird. DOLLAR A Die Durchlaufkühlkammer 40 und der Durchlaufgelierofen 30 sind auf der Oberseite des Durchlaufvorwärmofens 10 angeordnet.
