Abstract

The invention relates to a holding device for arrangement on a basin, such as a sink or the like, comprising a first and a second handle, each of which has a support surface for arrangement on the basin, at least two connecting elements which connect the first and second handles to one another, wherein the connecting elements are spaced apart from one another by a free space, and such that the distance between the two handles can be changed between a minimum and a maximum distance along the connecting elements, wherein the at least two connecting elements provide a height offset-free profile when the handles are arranged at a distance between the minimum and maximum distance.

Description

The invention relates to a holding device for arrangement on a basin, such as a sink or the like, comprising a first and a second handle, each of which has a support surface for arrangement on the basin, at least two connecting elements which connect the first and second handles to one another, wherein the connecting elements are spaced apart from one another by a free space, and are arranged such that the distance between the two handles can be changed between a minimum and a maximum distance by means of the connecting elements.

The invention further relates to a storage system comprising a holding device and at least one storage element which can be arranged in the free space of the holding device and can be fixed to at least one connecting element by means of a detachable connection.

Although the present invention is generally applicable to any holding device, the present invention will be explained with reference to holding devices for sinks.

There are many different types of holding devices for sinks. One known holding device includes a wire basket that can be attached to the inside of the sink using a suction cup. It is also known to provide an extendable profile that is placed on the edge of the sink at both ends. The extendable profile is formed by two rods that can be moved inside one another and are rectangular in cross-section.

The disadvantage is that in the case of the wire basket with suction cup, the attachment to the edge of the sink is unreliable, as bends in the wall of the sink can lead to air or water penetrating between the suction cup and the wall and the suction cup and wire basket can then come off. The disadvantage of the aforementioned extendable profile with interlocking rods is that it cannot provide a completely flat storage surface.

An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a holding device and a storage system which can be flexibly adapted to different basin dimensions, provide a flat storage surface, are easy to dispose of and are highly user-friendly.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an alternative holding device and an alternative storage system.

In one embodiment, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in a holding device for arrangement on a basin, such as a sink or the like, comprising a first and a second handle, each of which has a support surface for arrangement on the basin, at least two connecting elements, each of which connects the first and second handle to one another, wherein the connecting elements are spaced apart from one another by a free space, and wherein the distance between the two handles can be changed between a minimum and a maximum distance along the connecting elements, in that the at least two connecting elements provide a height-offset-free profile when the handles are arranged at a distance between the minimum and maximum distance.

In a further embodiment, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems with a storage system comprising a holding device according to one of claims 1-15 and at least one storage element which can be arranged in the free space of the holding device and can be fixed to at least one connecting element with a detachable connection.

One of the advantages achieved is that it is very user-friendly and provides an appealing visual impression, in particular it can be adapted to different widths of a pool. A flat storage level or surface is also provided.

Further features, advantages and further embodiments of the invention are described below or will become apparent thereby.

According to an advantageous development of the invention, the connecting elements can be at least partially inserted, in particular pushed, into at least one of the handles, or at least one of the handles can be at least partially inserted, in particular pushed, into the connecting elements. The advantage of this is that simple adjustability is provided. It can be provided that the handles can be inserted into the connecting elements or the connecting elements can be inserted into the handles. The insertion can take place on different sides of the connecting elements in terms of the insertability. For example, a handle can be inserted into the connecting elements on one side of the holding device and on the On the opposite side, the connecting elements must be designed so that they can be inserted into the handle.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, a stop device is arranged to provide a stop for the minimum and/or maximum distance. The advantage of this is a reliable displacement of the handles relative to the connecting elements between the minimum and maximum distance.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the stop device has at least one recess and at least one stop element engaging in the at least one recess, in particular two stop elements. The advantage of this is the simple provision of a stop for the minimum and maximum distance.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the at least one recess is formed in at least one connecting element and the at least one stop element is arranged on at least one handle. The advantage of this is that a simple and at the same time reliable stop device can be provided.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, at least one handle and at least one connecting element can be releasably secured to one another, in particular in a form-fitting manner, by means of the stop device. In this way, a particularly simple arrangement of handles and connecting elements with few components is possible.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, at least one sealing element is arranged in the transition area between at least one handle and at least one connecting element. The advantage of this is that contamination can be reliably avoided.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the at least two connecting elements are of the same design. The advantage of this is cheaper production while at the same time providing a high visual appeal.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, the at least two connecting elements have a round or an asymmetrical angular cross-section, in particular at least pentagonal, in particular at least hexagonal, preferably at least heptagonal, octagonal or nonagonal. The advantage of this is that the connecting elements and the handles cannot twist against each other, which increases the reliability when changing the distance between the handles.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, at least one of the handles is detachably connected to the at least two connecting elements. The advantage of this is that it can be easily dismantled so that, for example, it can be easily replaced if damaged. A further advantage is that it enables easy disposal.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, at least one of the handles, in particular all handles, and at least one of the connecting elements, in particular all connecting elements, have corresponding cross-sectional profiles and/or
an inner contour of at least one of the handles, in particular of all handles, and an outer contour of at least one of the connecting elements, in particular of all connecting elements, are different or

The size of corresponding cross-sectional profiles, for example a diameter or the length of edges, can be different, but the edges of different cross-sectional profiles can be parallel to one another. In particular, corresponding cross-sectional profiles can be converted into one another by means of a central stretch.

Furthermore, an inner contour of at least one of the handles, in particular of all handles, and an outer contour of at least one of the connecting elements, in particular of all connecting elements, can be different. It is also conceivable that an outer contour of at least one of the handles, in particular of all handles, and an inner contour of at least one of the connecting elements, in particular of all connecting elements, are different, in particular wherein the handles and/or the connecting elements each have the same outer contour and/or inner contour.

In addition, all handles can have the same inner contour of an opening for the sliding elements. The outer contour of the sliding elements for insertion into the opening only has to correspond to the inner contour insofar as they can be inserted into the opening. For example, a round outer profile of a sliding element can be inserted into a square inner profile of a handle. The handle can then in turn have an outer contour that corresponds to the outer contour of the sliding element.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, at least one of the handles and/or at least one of the connecting elements has a surface inclined in the direction of the free space, in particular a flat surface. The advantage of this is that, for example, water on the surface of the handle and connecting element can flow off reliably. In addition, inserting components in or on the connecting elements is made easier.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, at least one handle has at least two handle shells that can be releasably secured to one another, preferably by means of a screw connection. The advantage of this is that it is easy to manufacture the handle and to arrange the connecting elements in or on the respective handle.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, a support damping element is arranged on at least one support surface. One of the advantages achieved in this way is that slipping of the holding device is prevented or at least reduced.

According to a further advantageous development of the invention, at least the connecting elements are made of metal, preferably stainless steel and/or aluminum. The advantage of this is good stability and a high-quality impression. The handles can also be made of metal, preferably stainless steel and/or aluminum and/or plastic.

According to a further advantageous development, the detachable connection is designed in the form of a positive connection, in particular a clip and/or locking connection. The advantage of this is that the detachable connection is easy to produce and is very user-friendly, in particular with a clip and/or locking connection.

According to a further advantageous development, the at least one storage element is designed in the form of a drip tray, a container and/or a soap dispenser. This allows the storage system to be used easily and flexibly in the kitchen area.

According to a further advantageous development, the at least one storage element is arranged on at least one surface, in particular on at least two surfaces, preferably on at least three surfaces of a respective connecting element. The advantage of this is reliable fixing.

According to a further advantageous development, the extension of a storage element and the extension of a connecting element outside the handle area are designed such that the number of storage elements that can be arranged on the holding device is between one and four. In detail, the 7 and 8th a holding device 1 is shown. The holding device 1 can be arranged, for example, between two opposite edges of a sink and comprises two essentially U-shaped handles 2a, 2b. The closure elements 2c2 extend into the area of the support surfaces 3a, 3b. Screws 2c1 and locking elements 2c2 form a fixing device 2c for the handle 2a, 2b.

The two legs of the U-shape of the two handles 2a, 2b are each connected to one another via connecting elements 4a, 4b in the form of aluminum profiles. For this purpose, the connecting elements 4a, 4b each have recesses 5 in the form of elongated holes, which are arranged in the handles 2a, 2b so that the two screws 2c1 on the legs of the handles 2a, 2b engage in the recesses 5. The distance between the screws 2c1 in the handles 2a, 2b and the size, more precisely the length of the elongated holes 5, is designed in such a way that a relative movement of the handle 2a, 2b and the connecting element 4a, 4b between two positions - predetermined minimum and maximum distance between the handles 2a, 2b - is provided. The connecting elements 4a, 4b are thus partially arranged in the handles 2a, 2b and releasably secured there. This allows a continuous adjustment of the distance between the two handles 2a, 2b to adapt to different dimensions of different sinks. An annular seal 2d is arranged between the respective handle 2a, 2b and the connecting element 4a, 4b on the radial outside of the respective connecting element 5.

The cross-sectional profile 6 of the connecting elements 4a, 4b is asymmetrical and octagonal. The surfaces of the connecting elements 4a, 4b are inclined in the direction of the gap 7 between the two connecting elements 4a, 4b, so that a centering of a storage element 10, 50, 60 inserted from the top of the holding device 1 is made possible to form a storage system 100. The cross-sectional profile 6 of the connecting elements 4a, 4b, their length between the handles 2a, 2b and the respective projections 53, 54 or edges 13 are designed such that at least one positive support on the connecting elements 4a, 4b, in particular a positive and releasable fixing by means of the two projections 53, 54, can take place. The cross-sectional profile 6 of the connecting elements 4a, 4b and the handles 2a, 2b has a flat sloping surface 8 starting from the connecting elements 4a, 4b and/or the handles 2a, 2b in the direction of the intermediate space 7, which on the one hand drains any water in the direction of the intermediate space 7 and on the other hand also provides a centering effect for storage elements to be arranged in the intermediate space 7. Furthermore, an inner contour of at least one of the handles 2a, 2b, in particular of all handles 2a, 2b, and an outer contour of at least one of the connecting elements 4a, 4b, in particular of all connecting elements 4a, 4b, can be different.
