Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a dispenser device for solid soap, solid hygiene products and/or solid cosmetic products, comprising a housing with a movable part for actuating a grater mounted in a friction bearing device, further comprising a soap chute for receiving at least one bar of soap. It also relates to a soap bar and a soap dispensing system.

Soap dispensers or dispensers for liquid soap are used in bathrooms and sanitary facilities to dispense soap as needed. For example, by operating a lever, a certain amount of liquid soap is dispensed.

Furthermore, soap dispensers for solid soap are known. The DE 20 2019 104 366 U1 discloses, for example, a dispenser device for solid soaps having a housing which has at least one filling opening and at least one dispensing opening, and a reservoir for receiving the solid soaps. The dispensing device has a comminuting device and an actuating device for actuating the comminuting device, which can be in the form of a grater.

A disadvantage of known soap dispensers for solid soap is that, due to the resistance that the soap opposes to the grater, operating the soap dispenser requires a great deal of force. A precise delivery of a certain amount of bar soap is therefore difficult. In addition, the soap parts are distributed over a fairly large area, making it difficult to fill the palm of the hand in a targeted manner.

The invention is therefore based on the object of improving a corresponding dispensing device for solid soap in such a way that the disadvantages of the prior art are overcome. A precise and convenient dosing of the solid soap should be made possible.

In relation to the dispensing device, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the grater is of convex-concave design.

Advantageous configurations of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

The invention is based on the consideration that in known soap dispensers for solid soap, the rubbing process requires a great deal of force and the scraped-off soap is not dispensed in a spatially well-defined manner.

As has now been recognized, these disadvantages can be reduced or eliminated by designing the grater to be convexly curved. Due to the curved shape of the grater, the contact area between the grater and the solid bar of soap is less than with a flat or concave grater or grater.

Advantageously, the convex side of the grater faces one end of the soap chute. When a soap is placed in the soap chute, it is brought into contact with the convex-curved side of the grater. The small contact area makes the device easy to operate and limits the area where grated soap leaves the dispenser so that it can be completely caught with the other hand.

A soap piston loaded with a spring is preferably arranged in the soap shaft. With the help of the spring and the soap plunger, the bar of soap can be pressed to the end of the soap shaft that comes into contact with the grater. In this way, a sufficiently large contact pressure is achieved between the grater and the bar of soap.

In a first preferred embodiment, the grater in the grater bearing device is arranged in a direction linear and parallel to an underside of the soap plunger. In this way, there is no gap between the soap shaft and the grater, in which the soap can get jammed by tilting, so that the soap can be grated almost to the end.

In a second embodiment, the grater is arranged in the friction bearing device in a direction oblique to an underside of a soap plunger arranged in the soap chute. This construction is technically simpler than the one described above, so the compressive force is transmitted directly to the grater. In addition, it requires fewer components and fewer moving parts than the linear and parallel grater.

The grater preferably has at least, particularly preferably exactly, two rows of teeth. Only one row of teeth or a continuous cutting edge leads to a high expenditure of force when actuating the dispensing device

Advantageously, the soap plunger has a receptacle for a nub of a bar of soap on its side facing the grater. The nub is preferably received in a form-fitting manner by the receptacle, so that the soap bar is oriented in a stable manner in the soap chute.

The receptacle for the nub advantageously has a circular cross section. Other geometric shapes are also possible, e.g. B. oval, rectangular, square, etc. The dispenser device or the soap dispenser preferably has a mounting rail. With the help of such a mounting rail, the dispensing device can be attached to a wall in the bathroom, for example.

The mounting rail is advantageously fastened to the housing by means of a snap-in device or can be fastened to it. In this way, the housing with the soap chute can be detached from the mounting rail, for example for cleaning purposes.

The mounting rail preferably has cavities for screws and/or suction cups and/or double-sided adhesive tape. Screw mounting is for permanent attachment, suction cups are best for smooth surfaces and temporary attachment. Tape mounting is preferred for smooth surface and simple mounting where screw mounting is not possible or not desired, e.g. B. on glass, which can only be drilled by experts.

With regard to the bar of soap, the above-mentioned object is achieved according to the invention with a bar of soap comprising a main part, a nub being formed on a first end of the main part and a receptacle for a nub being formed on a second end. In this way, a bar of soap is formed which can be nested with bars of soap formed in the same way, thereby enabling a stabilized arrangement of the bars of soap in a soap chute.

The bar of soap is preferably formed by a 3-dimensional body, the base of which has a geometric shape and a height equal to the maximum stroke of the soap pressure piston. The base of the soap block is preferably longer in its grating length than in its grating width (this forms the abrasion surface).

Advantageously, the main part is cuboid. This makes it easier to guide the soap in the chute and requires a continuous/even application of force when removing the chips. If the width of the soap removal is smaller than its rubbing distance, less effort is required for rubbing than vice versa.

The nub and the receptacle preferably each have a circular cross section. A round or circular nub and a round or circular indentation fit together more easily and allow for tighter manufacturing tolerances in the manufacture of soap bars (since they shrink with moisture loss). Other geometric shapes are possible, e.g. B. circular, oval, rectangular, square, trapezoidal, etc.

With regard to the soap dispenser system, the above-mentioned object is achieved according to the invention with a dispenser device as described above and at least one bar of soap as described above.

The advantages of the invention are, in particular, that a dispenser device that is easy to operate is provided for solid soap that can be dosed precisely.

A dispenser device 2 or a soap dispenser for solid soap in a first preferred embodiment is in 1 and 2 shown. The dispensing device 2 has a housing 6 with a housing cover 10 . The housing 6 has a movable part 14 which can be rotated about two pivot points 18 . As in 2 can be seen, the two pivot points 18 are each formed by a threaded insert 64 and a screw 68 screwed therein. The housing cover 10 has a receptacle 22 for receiving an edge region of the movable part 14 and a latching element 26, which is in the present case designed as a latching hook, for latching on the housing 6. The dispenser device 2 has a mounting rail 30 which, with the aid of a latching device 34, is attached to the Housing 6 or a rear wall 78 of the housing can be attached. Pressing a finger on a tongue 34.1 causes a spring arm 34.3 to bend backwards and pulls the bolt 34.2 out of a recess 34.4. As a result, the soap chute 46 or the housing 6 is released and can be pulled out of the rail 30 .

The mounting rail 30 has several, in particular two or four, cavities 38 for receiving fastening screws 42 . The assembly is preferably carried out in such a way that the fastening screws 42 are first inserted into the cavities 38 and then the fastening screws are screwed into a wall, for example. Then the housing 6 is fixed/fastened to the mounting rail 30 with the aid of the latching device 34 .

In the housing 6 there is a soap chute 46 for receiving solid pieces of soap, which can be closed with a soap chute cover 50 and can be latched to the soap chute with the aid of soap chute latching elements 54 . The housing 6 has a filling level window 58 which extends in certain areas along the soap shaft 46 and makes it possible to see from the outside how much soap is still in the soap shaft 46 .

A pressure spring 62 is arranged in the soap chute 46 and is preferably attached to the side of the soap chute cover 50 facing the soap chute 46, in particular in a detachable manner. A soap piston 66 is arranged on an end of the pressure spring 62 facing away from the soap chute cover 50 . The soap plunger 66 preferably has a socket 70 with adjacent nubs 74 for receiving bars of soap with a nub on top received by the socket 70 . In this way, a stable arrangement of the bar of soap and precise pressing can take place.

A cavity 82 is formed between the soap chute 46 and the rear wall 78 of the housing 6, which creates a distance between the soap chute 46 and the wall so that the dispenser can be operated with almost outstretched fingers. At the same time, the cavity saves material for the housing.

The dispenser device 2 has a grater carriage 86 in which a grater 90 is arranged. The grating carriage 86 can be moved in a carriage shaft 94 or a linear guide. The carriage shaft 94 has a stop 98 which is supported by a restoring spring 102 by which the grater carriage 86 is acted upon.

A return spring 104 for the movable part 14 of the housing 6 is attached to the outside of the soap chute 46 . The dispenser device 2 also has a stop 106 on the movable part 14, which strikes a stop 108 when the movable part 14 rotates, and a force transmission element 110 for the grater carriage 86.

The grater 90 is concave in shape or has a convex-concave shape. This means that it is convex in the direction of the soap chute 46 and is concave on the opposite side. In the preferred embodiment shown, the grater 90 has a circular arc flanked by two parallel rim portions.

When the user presses against the movable part 14 of the housing 6, this rotates about the pivot point 18 and the stop 106 moves in the direction of the stop 108. The force transmission element 110 pushes the grating carriage 86 and thus the grater 90 in a grating direction 114, which is vertical is to a pressing direction 118 in which the soap bar is pressed against the grater 90 . The return spring 102 is compressed in the process. During this process, the grater 90 rubs along the bar of soap, so that small parts or pieces are detached from the bar of soap and fall down through the grater in the figure. If the user reduces the pressure accordingly, the grater carriage 86 is pushed back again and against the grating direction 114 so that the grater 90 can again be guided on the bar of soap. This can be repeated until the desired amount of soap has been rubbed off. Due to the convex-concave shape of the grater 90, the contact area between the grater 90 and the bar of soap is less than in conventional straight grater soap dispensers.

In 3 and 4 a dispenser device 2 for solid soap is shown in a second preferred embodiment. The dispensing device 2 has a housing 6 with a housing cover 10 . The housing 6 has a movable part 14 which can be rotated about two pivot points 18 . As in 2 can be seen, the two pivot points 18 are each formed by a threaded insert 64 and a screw 68 screwed therein. The housing cover 10 has a receptacle 22 for receiving an edge region of the movable part 14 and a latching element 26, which is in the present case designed as a latching hook, for latching on the housing 6. The dispenser device 2 has a mounting rail 30 which, with the aid of a latching device 34, is attached to the Housing 6 or a rear wall 78 of the housing can be attached. Pressing a finger on a tongue 34.1 causes a spring arm 34.3 to bend backwards and pulls the bolt 34.2 out of a recess 34.4. As a result, the soap chute 46 or the housing 6 is released and can be pulled out of the rail 30 .

The mounting rail 30 has several, in particular two or four, cavities 38 for receiving fastening screws 42 . The assembly is preferably carried out in such a way that the fastening screws 42 are first inserted into the cavities 38 and then the fastening screws are screwed into a wall, for example. Then the housing 6 is fixed/fastened to the mounting rail 30 with the aid of the latching device 34 .

In the housing 6 there is a soap chute 46 for receiving solid pieces of soap, which can be closed with a soap chute cover 50 and can be latched to the soap chute with the aid of soap chute latching elements 54 . The housing 6 has a filling level window 58 which extends in certain areas along the soap shaft 46 and makes it possible to see from the outside how much soap is still in the soap shaft 46 .

A pressure spring 62 is arranged in the soap chute 46 and is preferably attached to the side of the soap chute cover 50 facing the soap chute 46, in particular in a detachable manner. A soap plunger 66 is arranged on an end of the pressure spring 62 facing away from the soap chute cover 50 . The soap plunger 66 preferably has a socket 70 with adjacent nubs 74 for receiving bars of soap with a nub on top received by the socket 70 . In this way, a stable arrangement of the bar of soap and precise pressing can take place.

A cavity 82 is formed between the soap chute 46 and the rear wall 78 of the housing 6, which creates a distance between the soap chute 46 and the wall so that the dispenser can be operated with almost outstretched fingers. At the same time, the cavity saves material for the housing.

A bar of soap 120 is shown in the soap chute 46 in the dispensing device 2 . Dispenser device 2 and soap bar 120 thus form a soap dispenser system 174. The soap bar 120 has a nub 124 which is received by the receptacle 70 of the soap plunger 66.

The dispensing device 2 has a grater frame 134 and two grater holders 130 in which the grater 90 is arranged. The two grater holders 130 press the grater 90 with its arc shape into the grater frame 134. The two grater holders 130 are fixed by grater holder screws 136.
The two grater holders 130 each have 2 threaded inserts 64 which fix the grater holder screws 136 in place.

The grater seat 134 is firmly connected to the movable part 14 of the housing 6 . When the movable part 14 is pressed, the grater holder 134 and thus the grater 90 are moved in the direction of the bar of soap 120, so that the soap parts become detached.

In this embodiment, too, the mounting rail 30 can be fastened to the housing 6 with the aid of a snap-in device 34 . The mounting rail 30 has a plurality of suction cups 140 or, alternatively, double-sided adhesive tape 142 . The mounting rail 30 of the dispenser device 2 according to 3 and 4 can also be part of the dispenser device 2 according to 1 and 2 . The mounting rail 30 off 1 and can also be part of the dispensing device 2. The dispenser device 2 is preferably designed with a snap-in device 34 which enables the mounting of both mounting rails 30 .

In 5 is the mounting rail 30 of the dispensing device 2 according to 1 and 2 shown in a plan view. Monthly rail 30 has opposite receptacles 146 for edge areas 150 of housing 6 . For mounting on the mounting rail 30, the housing 6 is inserted from above into the appropriate recesses and pushed down until it snaps into place. Alternatively, the housing 6 could be mounted directly on the wall or a fixed rail screwed onto the housing 6 from the rear. Alternatively, instead of fastening it with screws, double-sided adhesive tape is also possible for mounting.

In 6 is the mounting rail 30 of the dispensing device 2 according to 3 and 4 shown in a plan view. The suction cups are preferably inserted into corresponding receptacles 158 of the mounting rail 30 with the aid of L-shaped extensions 154 . The housing 6 is mounted on the mounting rail 30 from above into this at the pas Send recesses inserted and slide down until it clicks into place. Alternatively, it would be possible to mount the housing 6 directly on the wall or to screw a fixed rail onto the housing 6 from the rear. Only the concave side of the grater 90 has the grating action/grating teeth, the convex side only has the holes for the soap to fall through. As can be clearly seen from the figures, due to the curved structure of the grater 90, a small friction surface/contact area between the grater 90 and the bar of soap 120 is realized, which leads to easy operation of the dispenser device 2 and precise loosening of soap flakes.

The grater preferably has at least, particularly preferably precisely, two rows of teeth, since a continuous cutting edge requires a great deal of force to remove soap.

In the 9 and 10 12 is a soap bar 120 in a preferred embodiment in a front view ( 9 ) and a side view ( 10 ) shown, which is particularly suitable for use in accordance with a soap dispenser 2 1-4 suitable. The soap bar 120 has a cuboid main part 160 .

The nub 124 is attached to a first front end 166 of the main part 160 . A receptacle 162 for a nub 124 is formed on a second end face 170 of the main part 160 opposite the first end face 166 . Knob 124 and receptacle 162 advantageously have essentially the same diameter, so that knob 124 of one bar of soap 120 can be inserted into receptacle 162 of another bar of soap 120 . The nub 124 and the receptacle 163 also preferably have the same height, so that in particular the nub 124 can be completely received by a receptacle 162 and the surfaces of the front end 170 of a bar of soap 120 can rest on the surfaces of the front end 166 of another bar of soap 120 when plugged together, in which the nub 124 is arranged in the receptacle 162, rest on one another.

In the 11 and 12 are two bars of soap 120 put together in this way in a front view ( 11 ) and a side view ( 12 ) shown. In this way, two or more pieces of soap 120 (depending on the length of the soap chute 46) can be nested and inserted into the soap chute 46. In this way, a continuous and reliable supply of soap is ensured.
