Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Haarstylingzusammensetzung, umfassenda) mindestens eine Komponente, umfassend Fasern,b) mindestens ein Polymer, umfassend ein Acrylatpolymer undc) mindestens ein Polymer, umfassend ein Polyurethan.
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine faserhaltige Haarstylingzusammensetzung, ein Haarstylingmittel enthaltend diese Haarstylingzusammensetzung, einen Behälter enthaltend das Haarstylingmittel sowie deren Verwendung und ein Verfahren zum temporären Umformen und/ oder dem Erhöhen der Dicke von keratinischen Fasern.
- Haarstylingzusammensetzung zum temporären Umformen von keratinischen Fasern, bevorzugt von Haaren, sind unter der Bezeichnung Stylingprodukte bekannt und finden üblicherweise Anwendung in Form von Gelen, Pomaden, Wachs, Schaum und Spray.
- Keratinische Fasern umfasst alle Fasern, die Keratin beinhalten, wie Wolle, Pelze und Federn, insbesondere menschliche Haare, dabei besonders bevorzugt menschliche Kopfhaare. Bei einer temporären Umformung von keratinsichen Fasern findet kein chemischer (Oxidations- und Reduktions-)Prozess statt, vielmehr werden die Fasern durch das Aufbringen der Stylingprodukte, wie festigende Wirkstoffe, wie beispielsweise Wachse und/ oder Polymere, beinhalten, geformt.
- Dickes, fülliges Haar gilt nach wie vor als ein Schönheitsideal und Zeichen eines gepflegten Erscheinungsbildes. Daher ist der Wunsch der Verbraucher nach Stylingprodukten, die dem Haar mehr Fülle und Dicke verleihen, ungebrochen.
Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn das Haar sowohl fülliger aussieht, d.h. das Kopfhaar so wirkt, als wären mehr Haare vorhanden als es tatsächlich (noch) sind und/ oder fülliger bzw. dicker anfühlt, d.h. man beim Berühren der Haare das Gefühl hat, mehr Haar auf dem Kopf zu haben als man ohne das Stylingprodukt hat. - Daher ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung eine Haarstylingzusammensetzungen bereitzustellen, die dem Haar sowohl haptisch als auch optisch mehr Fülle verleiht, das Haar dicker erscheinen lässt und gleichzeitig auch der Eindruck erweckt, der Anwender hätte mehr Haare auf dem Kopf als tatsächlich vorhanden sind.
- Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Haarstylingzusammensetzung, umfassend
- a) mindestens eine Komponente, umfassend Fasern,
- b) mindestens ein Polymer, umfassend ein Acrylatpolymer und
- c) mindestens ein Polymer, umfassend ein Polyurethan.
- Haarstylingzusammensetzung bezeichnet eine kosmetische Haarstylingzusammensetzung, welche in üblichen Formen von Haarstylingzusammensetzungen formuliert sein kann, bevorzugt ist die Haarstylingzusammensetzung versprühbar, besonders bevorzugt ist sie als Spray formuliert.
- Bevorzugt umfasst die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens eine Komponente, umfassend Fasern.
- Als Fasern werden gestreckte bis quadratische, flexible Gebilde aus Fasermaterial mit einem Verhältnis von Länge zu Durchmesser von 10:1, vorzugsweise von 5:1 und insbesondere von 3:1, ganz besonders von 2:1 bis 1:1. Fasern können in Längsrichtung keine Druck-, sondern nur Zugkräfte aufnehmen.
- Die Länge bevorzugt eingesetzter Fasern liegt im Bereich von 1 bis 200 µm, vorzugsweise von 2 bis 150 µm und insbesondere von 5,0 bis 100 µm. In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind auch Fasern größerer Faserlänge, beispielsweise Fasern mit einer Länge oberhalb 200 µm oder oberhalb 300 µm einsetzbar.
- Das Fasermaterial kann natürlichen oder synthetischen Ursprungs sein. Als natürliche Fasern werden all jene Fasern bezeichnet, welche ohne eine chemische Veränderung aus pflanzlichem, tierischem oder mineralischem Material gewonnen werden.
- Pflanzenfasern kommen bei Pflanzen als Leitbündel im Stängel, im Stamm, in der Rinde oder als Samen-Fortsätze vor. Pflanzenfasern bestehen in der Regel zum überwiegenden Teil aus Cellulose. Entsprechende Fasern werden unter der Bezeichnung Cellulosefasern zusammengefasst.
- Einer verbreiteten Unterteilung gemäß wird bei den Pflanzenfasern zwischen Samenfasern, Bastfasern, Blattfasern und Fruchtfasern unterschieden. Zur Gruppe der Samenfasern zählen beispielsweise die Baumwollfasern, Kapok, Akon oder Pappelflaum. Die Gruppe der Bastfasern schließt u.a. Bambusfaser, Fasernessel, Hanffaser, Jute und Flachsfaser mit ein. Sisal ist dem gegenüber den Blattfasern zuzurechnen, während die Kokosfasern zur Gruppe der Fruchtfasern gehören. Ebenfalls geeignet sind Bambusfasern.
- Bei den tierischen Fasern kann u.a. zwischen Fasern aus Spinndrüsen und aus Haarfolikeln abstammenden Fasern unterschieden werden. Zu den Fasern aus Spinndrüsen zählt beispielsweise die Seide. Die Gruppe der aus Haarfollikeln abstammenden Fasern umfasst u.a. Wolle, Alpaka, Kamelhaar, Angora, Kaschmir, Mohair, Yakhaar, Ziegenhaar, Rinderhaar oder Rosshaar.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform werden die in den Haarstylingzusammensetzungen eingesetzten Fasern ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Fasern aus natürlichen Fasermaterialien. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Einsatz von Cellulosefasern, insbesondere von Baumwollfasern, Flachsfasern und Kapokfasern. Bevorzugt ist weiterhin der Einsatz von tierischen Fasern aus der Gruppe der Seidenfasern, Kaschmirfasern und Wollfasern. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Einsatz von Cellulosefasern.
- Alternativ oder in Kombination mit den zuvor beschriebenen natürlichen Fasern können auch Fasern auf Basis synthetischer Fasermaterialien in den Haarstylingzusammensetzungen eingesetzt werden.
- Besonders bevorzugt ist der Einsatz von durch Modifikation pflanzlicher oder tierischer Ausgangsstoffe erhaltener synthetischer Fasermaterialien. Zur Gruppe dieser bevorzugten Fasern zählen beispielsweise Fasern aus Viskose, Polymilchsäure, Alginat, Chitin oder Chitosan.
- Weitere bevorzugte synthetische Fasermaterialien sind Polyamide, Polyester und Polyhydroxyalkanoate.
- Bevorzugt ist die mindestens eine Komponente, umfassend Fasern, mit einem Anteil von 0,05 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 4,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,3 bis 3,5 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 3,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- Bevorzugt umfasst die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens eine Komponente, umfassend ein Acrylatpolymer.
- Ein Acrylatcopolymer im Rahmen dieser Anmeldung umfasst mindestens zwei verschiedene Monomere, von den eines zwingend ein Acrylat oder Methacrylat ist. Acrylat ist eine Sammelbezeichnung für Substanzen, die sich chemisch durch die Acrylgruppe (CH2=CH-COR) auszeichnen (je nach R kann es sich zum Beispiel um Acrylsäure oder die Salze oder Ester der Acrylsäure handeln). Methacrylate weisen entsprechend eine Methacrylgruppe (CH3CH=CH-COR) auf.
- Es ist insbesondere bevorzugt, dass das mindestens eine Polymer ein Acrylatcopolymer enthält, welches durch Umsetzung von Ethylhexylacrylat mit Methacrylsäuremethylester erhalten wird.
- Bevorzugte Acrylatcopolymer sind aus der Gruppe mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Ethylhexyl Acrylate/ Methyl Methacrylate Copolymer ausgewählt.
- Ein solches Acrylatcopolymer ist beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung „Eurocryl BC 4365 HE“ (INCI: Ethylhexyl Acrylate/ Methyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Aktivsubstanz: 50 Gew.-% in Wasser) erhältlich.
- Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine Polymer, umfassend ein Acrylatpolymer, mit einem Anteil von 0,1 bis 10,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 8,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 1,0 bis 7,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 1,5 bis 6,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- Bevorzugt umfasst die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens eine Komponente, umfassend ein Polyurethan.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das Polymer, umfassend ein Polyurethan zumindest zwei, bevorzugt drei der Monomereinheiten ausgewählt aus Methylendiphenylisocyanat (4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat oder kurz MDI), Propylenglykol (kurz PPG), Ethylenglykol (kurz PEG), 2,4-MDI, 2,2-MDI und Mischungen davon auf.
- Besonders bevorzugt weist das Polymer, umfassend ein Polyurethan zumindest eines der Monomereinheiten ausgewählt aus Methylendiphenylisocyanat (4,4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat oder kurz MDI), 2,4-MDI und 2,2-MDI und mindestens eines, bevorzugt zwei der Monomere ausgewählt aus Propylenglykol und Ethylenglykol auf.
- Bevorzugt weist das Ethylenglykol 3 bis 20, besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 15, ganz besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 Wiederholeinheiten auf.
- Bevorzugt weist das Propylenglykol 3 bis 20, besonders bevorzugt 4 bis 13, ganz besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 10 Wiederholeinheiten auf.
- In einer ganz besonderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung hat das mindestens eine Polymer, umfassend Polyurethan die INCI PEG-9/PPG-7/MDI Copolymer auf.
- Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine Polymer, umfassend ein Polyurethan mit einem Anteil von 0,01 bis 5,5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 5,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,1 bis 4,5 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 4,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- Bevorzugt enthält die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens einen einwertigen Alkohol, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus Methanol, Ethanol, n-Propanol, iso-Propanol, n-Butanol, Isobutanol, tert-Butanol und Pentanol, besonders bevorzugt ausgewählt aus Ethanol, n-Propanol und iso-Propanol, besonders bevorzugt ist Ethanol.
- Der mindestens eine einwertige Alkohol fungiert als kosmetisch verträgliche Trägerkomponente der Haarstylingzusammensetzung. Bevorzugt ist der mindestens eine einwertige Alkohol mit einem Anteil von 50,0 bis 98,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 75,0 bis 95,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 75,0 bis 93,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 80,0 bis 90,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- Polymere werden in den kosmetischen Haarstylingzusammensetzungen beispielsweise aufgrund ihrer festigenden und/oder filmbildenden Eigenschaften eingesetzt. Aufgrund ihrer kosmetischen Wirkung ist der Einsatz filmbildender Polymere besonders bevorzugt. Ebenso kann der Einsatz von Polymeren mit verdickender Wirkung, mit haartexturierender Wirkung, mit haarpflegender Wirkung und/oder mit haarkonditionierender Wirkung von Vorteil sein.
- Bevorzugt enthält die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens ein weiteres Polymer. Als weiteres Polymer eignen sich permanent als auch temporär kationische, anionische, nichtionische oder amphotere Polymere. Die weiteren Polymere können synthetischen oder natürlichen Ursprungs sein.

- Mit besonderem Vorzug ist das weitere Polymer ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der nichtionischen oder temporär kationischen Polymere. Geeignete Polymere sind beispielsweise:
- - Polyvinylacetate, wie sie beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung Vinnapas® vertrieben werden,
- - Celluloseether, wie Hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC), Hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) und Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), wie sie beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung Affinisol von Dow Pharma Solutions vertrieben werden,
- - Copolymere von Methylvinylether und Maleinsäureanhydrid, insbesondere deren Ester wie sie beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung Omnirez 2000 (INCI: Ethyl Ester of PVM/MA Copolymer) von Ashland vertrieben werden,
- - weitere Acrylatcopolymere wie insbesondere ein Copolymer mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates/Hydroxyesters Acrylates Copolymer,
- - silikonorganische Polymerverbindung, wie beispielsweise eine Verbindung mit dem INCI-Namen Crotonic Acid/Vinyl C8-12 Isoalkyl Esters/VA/Bis-Vinyldimethicon-Crosspolymer, welche unter der Bezeichnung BELSIL® P 1101 als 50%ige Lösung in denaturiertem Ethanol von Wacker bereitgestellt,
- - Polyethylenglycole, wie insbesondere PEG-20, PEG-32, PEG-33, PEG-40, PEG-45, PEG-55, PEG-60, PEG-75, PEG-80, PEG-90, PEG-100, PEG-135, PEG-150, PEG-180, PEG-200, PEG-220, PEG-240, PEG-350, PEG-400, PEG-500, PEG-800, PEG-2M, PEG-5M, PEG-7M, PEG-9M, PEG-14M, PEG-20M, PEG-23M, PEG-25M, PEG-45M, PEG-65M, PEG-90M, PEG-115M, PEG-160M oder PEG-180M.
- Bevorzugt sind Haarstylingzusammensetzung bei denen das mindestens eine weitere Polymer ausgewählt ist aus Polyvinylacetat, einem Copolymer mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Castor Oil / IPDI Copolymer, Celluloseether, Siloxanen, Polyethylenglycolen, einem Copolymer mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Acrylates/Hydroxyesters Acrylates Copolymer, Copolymere von Methylvinylether und Maleinsäureanhydrid, ein Copolymer mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Crotonic Acid/Vinyl C8-12 Isoalkyl Esters/VA/Bis-Vinyldimethicon-Crosspolymer, einem Copolymer mit der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer oder der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate copolymer (and) Lauryl Pyrrolidone und Mischungen daraus umfassen.
- Dabei ist es insbesondere bevorzugt, dass die Haarstylingzusammensetzung als mindestens ein weiteres Polymer ein Polyethylenglykol, vorzugsweise ausgewählt aus PEG-20, PEG-25, PEG-30, PEG-35, PEG-40, PEG-45, PEG-50, PEG-55, PEG-60, PEG-65, und PEG-70, besonders bevorzugt aus PEG-25 bis PEG-65, ganz besonders bevorzugt aus PEG-30 bis PEG-40, insbesondere bevorzugt PEG-32, umfasst.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass der Einsatz von Polyethylenglykol, wie beispielsweise PEG-32, zu einer Haarstylingzusammensetzung führt, die einen positiven, texturierenden Effekt bei Anwendung auf keratinischen Fasern hat. - In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung enthält die Haarstylingzusammensetzung Polyethylenglykole (PEG), welche durch die allgemeine Formel H-(O-CH2-CH2)n-OH beschrieben werden können. PEGs weisen einen Polymerisationsgrad n von ca. 5 bis zu < 100.000, entsprechend Molmassen von 200 bis 5.000.000 gmol-1. Die Produkte mit Molmassen unter 25.000 gmol-1 werden dabei als eigentliche Polyethylenglykole bezeichnet, während höhermolekulare Produkte in der Literatur oftmals als Polyethylenoxide (kurz: PEOX) bezeichnet werden.
- Die vorzugsweise eingesetzten Polyethylenglykole können eine lineare oder verzweigte Struktur aufweisen, wobei insbesondere lineare Polyethylenglykole bevorzugt sind.
- Die bevorzugten Polyethylenglykole weisen relativen Molekülmassen im Bereiche von 750 und 3500, bevorzugt von 900 bis 3000, noch mehr bevorzugt von 1000 bis 2500, ganz besonders bevorzugt 1500 bis 2100.
- Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine Polyethylenglykol mit einem Anteil von 0,05 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 4,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,5 bis 3,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 1,0 bis 2,5 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- In einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung umfasst die Haarstylingzusammensetzung als weiteres Polymer eine Polyvinylacetat (Homopolymer von Vinylacetat).
- Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine Polyvinylacetat mit einem Anteil von 0,05 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 4,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,5 bis 3,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 1,0 bis 2,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung umfasst die Haarstylingzusammensetzung als weiteres Polymer einen Celluloseether, vorzugsweise Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC).
- Bevorzugt ist der mindestens eine Celluloseether mit einem Anteil von 0,01 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,03 bis 2,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,05 bis 1,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,1 bis 1,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung umfasst die Haarstylingzusammensetzung als weiteres Polymer ein Polymer mit der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer oder der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate copolymer (and) Lauryl Pyrrolidone.
- Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine Polymer mit der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer oder der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate copolymer (and) Lauryl Pyrrolidone mit einem Anteil von 0,05 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 4,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,5 bis 3,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 1,0 bis 2,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- Entsprechend sind Haarstylingzusammensetzung bevorzugt, die eine der folgenden Kombinationen an weiteren Polymeren aufweisen:
- - mindestens ein Polyethylenglykol und mindestens ein Polyvinylacetat,
- - mindestens ein Polyethylenglykol, mindestens ein Polyvinylacetat und mindestens einen Celluloseether,
- - mindestens eine Polyethylenglykol, mindestens ein Polyvinylacetat und mindestens einen Polymer mit der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate copolymer (and) Lauryl Pyrrolidone,
- - mindestens eine Polyethylenglykol, mindestens ein Polyvinylacetat, mindestens einen Celluloseether und mindestens einen Polymer mit der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate copolymer (and) Lauryl Pyrrolidone,
- - mindestens ein Polyethylenglykol und mindestens einen Polymer mit der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate copolymer (and) Lauryl Pyrrolidone
- - mindestens ein Polyvinylacetat und mindestens einen Polymer mit der INCI Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate copolymer (and) Lauryl Pyrrolidone.
- Die Haarstylingzusammensetzung kann ferner weitere Komponenten ausgewählt aus Konservierungsmitteln, Feuchthaltemitteln, Mittel zur pH-Werteinstellung, Pflegemittel, Farbstoffe, Konditionierungsmittel, Parfüm, Pigmenten, Tensiden und Mischungen aus diesen, enthalten.
- Die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens eine Pflegekomponente.
Bevorzugt umfasst die mindestens eine Pflegekomponente ein Pflegeöl und/oder mindestens einen Pflegebestandteil, wobei das mindestens eine Pflegeöl ein ein Triglycerid nativen Ursprungs umfasst. Besonders bevorzugt sind pflanzliche Pflegeöle ausgewählt aus Amaranthsamenöl, Arganöl, Reiskeimöl, Baobab-Öl, Manetti-Öl, Marulasamenöl, Yangusamen-Öl, Rambutan-Öl, Buckthorn-Öl, Monoi de Tahiti, Tigernut-Öl, Inca Inchi-Öl, Avocadoöl, Baumwollsamenöl, Cupuagu-Butter, Cashewöl, Distelöl, Erdnussöl, Jojobaöl, Kamilleöl, Kokosöl, Kürbiskernöl, Leinöl, Macadamiaöl, Maiskeimöl, Mandelöl, Aprikosenkernöl, Mohnöl, Nachtkerzenöl, Olivenöl, Rapsöl, Sojaöl, Sonnenblumenöl und Weizenkeimöl, insbesondere (-)-α-Bisabolol, hydriertes Jojobaöl und/oder Kokosöl.Weiterhin bevorzugt sind Pflegebestandteile ausgewählt aus Vitaminen, Provitaminen, Vitaminvorstufen und/oder deren Derivate. Dabei sind solche Vitamine, Provitamine und Vitaminvorstufen bevorzugt, die üblicherweise den Gruppen A, B, C, E, F und H zugeordnet werden. Ein besonders bevorzugter Pflegebestandteil ist D-Panthenol.
Als Pflegekomponente kann die Haarstylingzusammensetzung beispielsweise auch mindestens ein Proteinhydrolysat und/oder eines seiner Derivate enthalten. Proteinhydrolysate sind Produktgemische, die durch sauer, basisch oder enzymatisch katalysierten Abbau von Proteinen (Eiweißen) erhalten werden. Unter dem Begriff Proteinhydrolysate werden erfindungsgemäß auch Totalhydrolysate sowie einzelne Aminosäuren und deren Derivate sowie Gemische aus verschiedenen Aminosäuren verstanden. Das Molgewicht der erfindungsgemäß einsetzbaren Proteinhydrolysate liegt zwischen 75, dem Molgewicht für Glycin, und 200.000, bevorzugt beträgt das Molgewicht 75 bis 50.000 und ganz besonders bevorzugt 75 bis 20.000 Dalton. - Bevorzugt ist die mindestens eine Pflegekomponente mit einem Anteil von 0,01 bis 1,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,03 bis 0,7 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,04 bis 0,5 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,06 bis 0,3 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- Bevorzugt enthält die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens ein anionisches, kationischen, amphoteres oder nichtionisches Tensid.
- Beispiele für anionische Tenside sind Seifen, Alkylbenzolsulfonate, Alkansulfonate, Olefinsulfonate, Alkylethersulfonate, Glycerinethersulfonate, α-Methylestersulfonate, Sulfofettsäuren, Alkylsulfate, Fettalkoholethersulfate, Glycerinethersulfate, Hydroxymischethersulfate, Monoglycerid(ether)sulfate, Fettsäureamid(ether)sulfate, Mono- und Dialkyl-sulfosuccinate, Mono-und Dialkylsulfosuccinamate, Sulfotriglycerid, Amidseifen, Ethercarbonsäuren und deren Salze, Fettsäureisethionate, Fettsäuresarcosinate, Fettsäuretauride, N-Acylaminosäuren, wie beispielsweise Acyllactylate, Acyltartrate, Acylglutamate und Acylaspartate, Alkyloligoglucosidsulfate, Proteinfettsäurekondensate (insbesondere pflanzliche Produkte auf Weizenbasis) und Alkyl(ether)phosphate. Sofern die anionischen Tenside Polyglycoletherketten enthalten, können diese eine konventionelle, vorzugsweise jedoch eine eingeengte Homologenverteilung aufweisen. Beispiele für nichtionische Tenside sind Fettalkoholpolyglycolether, Alkylphenolpolyglycolether, Fettsäurepolyglycolester, Fettsäureamidpolyglycolether, Fettaminpolyglycolether, alkoxylierte Triglyceride, Mischether bzw. Mischformale, gegebenenfalls partiell oxidierte Alk(en)yloligoglykoside bzw. Glucoronsäurederivate, Fettsäure-N-alkylglucamide, Proteinhydrolysate (insbesondere pflanzliche Produkte auf Weizenbasis), Polyolfettsäureester, Zuckerester, Sorbitanester, Polysorbate und Aminoxide. Sofern die nicht-ionischen Tenside Polyglycoletherketten enthalten, können diese eine konventionelle, vorzugsweise jedoch eine eingeengte Homologenverteilung aufweisen. Beispiele für kationische Tenside sind quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen und Esterquats, insbesondere quaternierte Fettsäuretrialkanolaminestersalze. Bevorzugte quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen sind wiederum Ammoniumhalogenide, insbesondere Chloride und Bromide, wie Alkyltrimethylammoniumchloride, Dialkyldimethylammoniumchloride und Trialkylmethylammoniumchloride, z. B. Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid,
Stearyltrimethylammoniumchlorid, Distearyldimethylammoniumchlorid, Lauryldimethylammoniumchlorid, Lauryldimethylbenzylammoniumchlorid und Tricetylmethylammoniumchlorid, sowie die unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Quaternium-27 und Quaternium-83 bekannten Imidazolium-Verbindungen. Ganz besonders bevorzugt ist der Einsatz von Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid.
Das mindestens eine amphotere Tensid, ausgewählt aus Alkylbetainen, Alkylamidobetainen, Aminopropionaten, Aminoglycinaten, Imidazoliniumbetainen, Sulfobetainen und Mischungen davon. Amphotere oder auch zwitterionische Tenside tragen sowohl eine kationische als auch eine anionische Ladung im Molekül. Bevorzugt weisen amphotere Tenside mindestens eine quartäre Ammoniumgruppe und mindestens eine -COO(-) - oder -S03(-) -Gruppe, neben einer bevorzugt C8-C24-Alkyl- oder -Acylgruppe, im Molekül auf. Ferner sind sie befähigt innere Salze auszubilden. Besonders bevorzugte amphotere Tenside sind Betaine wie die N-Alkyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinate, beispielsweise das Kokosalkyl-dimethylammoniumglycinat, N-Acyl-aminopropyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinat, beispielsweise das Kokosacylaminopropyl-dimethylammoniumglycinat, und 2-Alkyl-3-carboxymethyl-3-hydroxyethyl-imidazoline mit jeweils 8 bis 18 C-Atomen in der Alkyl- oder Acylgruppe sowie das Kokosacylaminoethylhydroxyethylcarboxymethylglycinat. Ein bevorzugtes amphoteres Tensid ist das unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropyl Betaine bekannte Fettsäureamid-Derivat. Hinsichtlich Struktur und Herstellung dieser Stoffe sei auf einschlägige Übersichtsarbeiten beispielsweise J.Falbe (ed.), „Surfactants in Consumer Products", Springer Verlag, Berlin, 1987, S. 54-124 oder J.Falbe (ed.), „Katalysatoren, Tenside und Mineralöladditive", Thieme Verlag, Stuttgart, 1978, S. 123-217 verwiesen. - Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine anionische, kationische, amphotere oder nichtionische Tensid, besonders bevorzugt das mindestens eine amphotere Tensid mit einem Anteil von 0,01 bis 3,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 1,5 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,1 bis 1,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,3 bis 0,7 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- Weiterhin kann die Haarstylingzusammensetzung Mittel zur pH-Werteinstellung enthalten. Bevorzugte Mittel sind beispielsweise primäre Aminoalkohole wie Aminomethyl Propanol (INCI), das im Handel bspw. unter der Bezeichnung AMP-ULTRA© PC erhältlich ist, beispielsweise AMP-ULTRA© PC 2000. Weitere Mittel zur Einstellung des pH-Wertes können ausgewählt sein aus Alkalihydroxiden, insbesondere Natriumhydroxid und Kaliumhydroxid, organischen Säuren, wie Milchsäure, Zitronensäure, Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure, Phosphorsäure, Adipinsäure, Hydroxybernsteinsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Weinsäure oder Äpfelsäure, insbesondere aus Tetrahydroxypropyl Ethylenediamin, bekannt unter dem Handelsnamen Neutral TE und Triethylamin (TEA).
Der Anteil der Mittel zur pH-Werteinstellung in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung beträgt bevorzugt 0,01 bis 3,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 bis 2,5 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,1 bis 02,0 Gew.-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,5 bis 1,7 Gew.-%, bezogen auf den Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung. - Ferner kann die Haarstylingzusammensetzung ein Konservierungsmittel, insbesondere jene, die in der Verordnung über kosmetische Mittel in Annex V (Verordnung (EG) Nr. 122+3/2009 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 30. November 2009 über kosmetische Mittel) aufgezeigt sind, besonders bevorzugt Benzoesäure, Benzoate und Mischungen davon, besonders bevorzugt Natriumbenzoat, enthalten.
- Der Anteil der Konservierungsmittel in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung beträgt bevorzugt 0,01 bis 2,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 bis 0,6 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,1 bis 0,5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf den Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung enthält die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens ein kosmetisch verträgliches Parfüm und/ oder mindestens ein Pflanzenextrakt. Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine weitere Pflanzenextrakt ausgewählt aus Bambusextrakt (Bambusa Vulgaris), Birkensaft, Kokosmilch, Hopfenextrakt, Avocadoextrakt, Kamillenextrakt und Mischungen aus diesen. Ferner sind geeignet die Extrakte und oder Exsudate aus Pflanzen oder Pflanzenteilen von Grünem Tee, Eichenrinde, Brennessel, Hamamelis, Klettenwurzel, Schachtelhalm, Weißdorn, Lindenblüten, Litschi, Mandel, Aloe Vera, Fichtennadel, Roßkastanie, Sandelholz, Wacholder, Kokosnuß, Mango, Aprikose, Limone, Weizen, Kiwi, Melone, Orange, Grapefruit, Salbei, Rosmarin, Malve, Wiesenschaumkraut, Quendel, Schafgarbe, Thymian, Melisse, Hauhechel, Huflattich, Eibisch, Ginseng, Ingwerwurzel, Echinacea purpurea, Olea europea, Boerhavia Diffusa-Wurzeln, Foeniculum vulgaris und Apim graveolens.
- Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine weitere Pflanzenextrakt mit einem Anteil von 0,001 bis 1,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,002 bis 0,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,002 bis 0,01 Gew.-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,003 bis 6,5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf den Gesamtanteil der
Haarstylingzusammensetzung, in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung enthalten. - Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Haarstylingmittel umfassend eine erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingzusammensetzung und ein Treibmittel.
- Bevorzugt liegt das Haarstylingmittel bevorzugt als Spray vor. Hierzu werden die Haarstylingmittel in einer Abgabevorrichtung konfektioniert, die entweder ein zusätzlich mit einem Treibmittel befüllter Druckgasbehälter („Aerosolbehälter“) oder ein Nichtaerosolbehälterdarstellt. Die Druckgasbehälter, mit deren Hilfe ein Produkt durch den inneren Gasdruck des Behälters über ein Ventil verteilt wird, bezeichnet man definitionsgemäß als „Aerosolbehälter“. Als „Nichtaerosolbehälter“ wird im Umkehrschluss zur Aerosoldefinition ein Behältnis unter Normaldruck definiert, mit dessen Hilfe ein Produkt mittels mechanischer Einwirkung durch ein Pump- oder Quetschsystem verteilt wird.
- Bevorzugte Treibmittel (Treibgase) sind alle für kosmetische Haarstylingzusammensetzungen zugelassene Gase, insbesondere ausgewählt aus Propan, Propen, n-Butan, iso-Butan, iso-Buten, 2-Methylbutan, n-Pentan, Penten, iso-Pentan, iso-Penten, Methan, Ethan, Dimethylether, Stickstoff, Luft, Sauerstoff, Lachgas, Dichlorfluormethan, Chlordifluormethan, Chlorfluormethan, 1,1,2,2-Tetrachlor-1-fluorethan, 1,1,1,2-Tetrachlor-2-fluorethan, 1,2,2-Trichlor-1,1-difluorethan, 1,1,2-Trichlor-1,2-difluorethan, 1,1,1-Trichlor-2,2-difluorethan, 2,2-Dichlor-1,1,1-trifluorethan, 1,2-Dichlor-1,1,2-trifluorethan, 2-Chlor-1,1,1,2-tetrafluorethan, 1-Chlor-1,1,2,2-tetrafluorethan, 1,1,2-Trichlor-2-fluorethan, 1,2-Dichlor-1,2-difluorethan, 1,2-Dichlor-1,1-difluorethan, 1-Chlor-1,2,2-trifluorethan, 2-Chlor-1,1,1-trifluorethan, 1-Chlor-1,1,2-trifluorethan, 1,2-Dichlor-1-fluorethan, 1,1-Dichlor-1-fluorethan, 2-Chlor-1,1-difluorethan, 1-Chlor-1,1-difluorethan, 1-Chlor-2-fluorethan, 1-Chlor-1-fluorethan, 2-Chlor-1,1-difluorethen, 1,1,1,3-Tetrafluorethan, Heptafluoro-n-propan, Perfluorethan, Monochlordifluormethan, 1,1-Difluorethan und Mischungen davon.
- Bevorzugt ist der Einsatz von Propan, Propan/Butan-Gemischen oder Dimethylether, besonders bevorzugt der Einsatz von Dimethylether.
- Bevorzugt ist das mindestens eine Treibmittel mit einem Anteil von 50,0 bis 90,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 55,0 bis 85,0 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 60,0 bis 80,0 Gew.-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 65,0 bis 75,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf den Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten.
- Über das Mengenverhältnis von Treibmittel zu den übrigen Bestandteilen der Zubereitungen lassen sich bei gegebener Sprühvorrichtung die Größen der Schaumblasen und die jeweilige Größenverteilung einstellen.
- Zur Abgabe und Applikation des Haarstylingmittel eignen sich insbesondere Aerosolabgabebehälter. Ein weiterer Anmeldungsgegenstand sind dem entsprechend Abgabebehälter, umfassend
- a) ein erfindungsgemäßes Haarstylingmittel und
- b) einen Aerosolabgabebehälter.
- Unter der Bezeichnung Aerosolabgabebehälter sind Druckbehälter zu verstehen, in deren Inneren ein höherer Gasdruck herrscht als außerhalb des Behälters und aus dem sich ein Gasstrom über ein Ventil entnehmen lässt. Bei den Aerosolabgabebehältern handelt es sich mit anderen Worten um Druckbehälter, mit deren Hilfe ein Produkt (z.B. eine kosmetische Haarstylingzusammensetzung) durch den inneren Gasdruck des Behälters über ein Ventil abgegeben werden kann.
- Die kosmetischen Haarstylingzusammensetzungen lassen sich in üblicher Art und Weise herstellen. In der Regel werden alle Bestandteile der kosmetischen Haarstylingzusammensetzung mit Ausnahme des
Treibmittels in einen geeigneten druckfesten Behälter eingefüllt. Dieser wird daraufhin mit einem Ventil verschlossen. Über herkömmliche Techniken wird schließlich die gewünschte Menge des Treibmittels eingefüllt. - Als druckfeste Behälter kommen Gefäße aus Metall (Aluminium, Weißblech, Zinn), geschütztem bzw. nicht-splitterndem Kunststoff oder aus Glas, das außen mit Kunststoff beschichtet ist, in Frage, bei deren Auswahl Druck- und Bruchfestigkeit, Korrosionsbeständigkeit, leichte Füllbarkeit wie auch ästhetische Gesichtspunkte, Handlichkeit, Bedruckbarkeit etc. eine Rolle spielen. Spezielle Innenschutzlacke gewährleisten die Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegenüber der im Druckbehälter konfektionierten Haarstylingzusammensetzung. Besonders bevorzugt weisen die verwendeten Ventile einen innenlackierten Ventilteller auf, wobei Lackierung und Ventilmaterial miteinander kompatibel sind. Werden Aluminiumventile eingesetzt, so können deren Ventilteller innen z. B. mit Micoflex-Lack beschichtet sein. Werden erfindungsgemäß Weißblechventile eingesetzt, so können deren Ventilteller innen z. B. mit PET (Polyethylenterephthalat) beschichtet sein.
- Als Aerosolabgabebehälter kann auch ein Mehrkammerspender eingesetzt werden. Der Mehrkammerspender kann auch so ausgestaltet sein, dass eine Kammer das komprimierte Treibmittel und eine andere Kammer mit den restlichen Bestandteilen der erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingzusammensetzung befüllt ist. Ein derartiger Mehrkammerspender ist beispielsweise eine so genannte Bag-in-Can-Verpackung.
- Die Sprührate der kosmetischen Haarstylingmittel beträgt bevorzugt 6,5 bis 12 g/10 s, bevorzugt 7,5 bis 11 g/10s.
- Ein weiterer Gegenstand dieser Anmeldung ist ein Verfahren zur temporären Verformung von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren, bei welchem eine erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingzusammensetzung und/ oder Haarstylingmittel auf keratinische Fasern appliziert wird. Für die Bestandteile dieser Haarstylingzusammensetzung, deren Gewichtsanteile und bevorzugte Ausführungsformen gilt mutatis mutandis das zuvor Gesagte.
- Ein anderer Gegenstand dieser Anmeldung ist ein Verfahren zur Erhöhung der Dicke von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere von menschlichen Haaren, bei welchem eine erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingzusammensetzung und/ oder Haarstylingmittel auf keratinische Fasern appliziert wird. Für die Bestandteile dieser Haarstylingzusammensetzung, deren Gewichtsanteile und bevorzugte Ausführungsformen gilt mutatis mutandis das zuvor Gesagte. Vorteilhaft können keratinische Fasern auch wenn Sie nach dem Aufbringen der erfindunggemäßen Haarstylingzusammensetzung und/ oder Haarstylingmittel gekämmt worden, erneut remodeliert bzw. neu gestylt werden. Erhöhung der Dicke meint im Sinne der Erfindung, dass die keratinsichen Fasern optisch und/ oder haptisch dicker wirken als vor der Anwendung des beschriebenen Verfahrens.
Vorteilhaft hat sich auch gezeigt, dass Frisuren, die mit einem Glätteisen und/ oder Lockenstab gemacht wurden, beispielsweise eine Haarglättung oder Wellen bzw. Locken, längeren Halt aufweisen als mit herkömmlichen Stylingprodukten. Ferner weisen die Wellen/ Locken eine bessere Sprungkraft auf. - Weiterhin umfasst die Erfindung die Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingzusammensetzung und/ oder des erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingmittels zum temporären Umformen und/ oder Formfixieren, Remodelieren keratinischer Fasern, bevorzugt menschlichen Kopfhaaren.
- Weiterhin umfasst die Erfindung die Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingzusammensetzung und/ oder des erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingmittels zum Erhöhen der Dicke von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere von menschlichen Haaren.

Claims (11)
- Haarstylingzusammensetzung, umfassend a) mindestens eine Komponente, umfassend Fasern, b) mindestens ein Polymer, umfassend ein Acrylatpolymer und c) mindestens ein Polymer, umfassend ein Polyurethan.
- Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach
Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Komponente umfassend Fasern, ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der aus natürlichen Fasermaterialien hergestellten Fasern, bevorzugt aus pflanzlichen Fasern, insbesondere der Cellulosefasern, vorzugsweise der Baumwollfasern, Flachsfasern, Bambusfasern und Kapokfasern. - Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 oder2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Acrylatpolymer ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen mit der INCI-Bezeichnung Ethylhexyl Acrylate/ Methyl Methacrylate Copolymer. - Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einen der
Ansprüche 1 bis3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Polymer, umfassend ein Polyurethan, zumindest zwei, bevorzugt drei der Monomereinheiten ausgewählt aus Propylenglykol, Ethylenglykol, 4,4-MDI, 2,4-MDI, 2,2-MDI und Mischungen davon aufweist. - Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis4 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Komponente, umfassend Fasern mit einem Anteil von 0,05 bis 5,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 4,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,3 bis 3,5 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 3,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten ist. - Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis5 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Polymer, umfassend ein Acrylatpolymer mit einem Anteil von 0,1 bis 10,0 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 8,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 1,0 bis 7,0 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 1,5 bis 6,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten ist. - Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis6 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Polymer, umfassend ein Polyurethan mit einem Anteil von 0,01 bis 5,5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 5,0 Gew-%, noch mehr bevorzugt 0,1 bis 4,5 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 4,0 Gew.-% in der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, gemessen am Gesamtanteil der Haarstylingzusammensetzung, enthalten ist. - Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis7 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haarstylingzusammensetzung mindestens einen einwertigen Alkohol, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus Methanol, Ethanol, n-Propanol, iso-Propanol, n-Butanol, Isobutanol, tert-Butanol und Pentanol, enthält. - Haarstylingmittel umfassend eine Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis8 und ein Treibmittel. - Verwendung einer Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis8 und/ oder ein Haarstylingmittel nachAnspruch 9 zum temporären Umformen und/ oder zum Erhöhen der Dicke keratinischer Fasern, bevorzugt menschlichen Kopfhaaren. - Verfahren zum temporären Umformen keratinischer Fasern, bevorzugt menschlichen Kopfhaaren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Haarstylingzusammensetzung nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis8 und/ oder ein Haarstylingmittel nachAnspruch 9 auf keratinische Fasern, bevorzugt auf menschliche Kopfhaare, aufgetragen wird.
