Abstract

Es wird ein Fesselband zum Befestigen an einem Bein eines Tieres beschrieben, wobei das Fesselband eine Verschlusseinrichtung zum Verschließen des Fesselbandes in einem Gebrauchszustand umfasst, in welchem es eine Ringform mit einer von dem Bein abgewandten Bandaußenseite und einer dem Bein zugewandten Bandinnenseite einnimmt. Das Fesselband weist in der Ringform ein freies Ende auf. Dieses Fesselband soll derart weitergebildet werden, dass einerseits die Verletzungsgefahr des das Fesselband tragenden Tieres minimiert sowie andererseits ein Lösen des Fesselbandes von dem Bein des Tieres durch das Tier selbst verhindert wird.
