Abstract

Field of invention

The invention relates to a mounting system for attaching objects, in particular accessories, such as towel rails, shelves, lights and similar items of equipment with the help of a fastening element and an adhesive and connecting means to a mounting surface, in particular a wall, for example a wall with tiles, marble slabs or with the same wall coverings.

State of the art

In the EP 1 440 246 B1 a mounting system for the stationary attachment of objects such as towel rails, shelves, lights or similar items of equipment on a wall, ceiling or similar surface, in particular in rooms equipped with tiles, marble slabs or similar wall coverings, is disclosed. The fastening element has a base body for receiving an element for holding an object, wherein the base body consists of a liquid and / or gas-permeable or open-pored material. The permeable material allows gas that is produced during the hardening of the adhesive and connecting agent required for assembly to escape and, at the same time, ambient air can reach the adhesive and connecting agent, which improves the hardening process.

In the DE 20 2014 102 388 U1 a mounting system is also disclosed, an adapter being proposed between the base element and the accessory which connects the accessory to the base element by means of a clamping force. This should prevent damage to the adapter parts or accessories by drilling or screwing. The base element consists of a porous disk (preferably sintered material), an adhesive ring and an adhesive arranged in the free surface of the adhesive ring. In the DE 101 52 053 B4 a mounting system for attaching a fastener to a wall is also disclosed. The cited documents in the prior art all have in common that a liquid or gas-permeable element or a porous base body or base element is provided through which gas or air can flow out or flow in, so that the adhesive and connecting means or the Adhesive can harden or set well.

However, it has been found that, particularly in a humid environment, for example in a shower, mounted mounting systems and the accessories attached to them often fall off. It is advantageous for a cost-effective production of the assembly system while maintaining a sufficient adhesive strength of the adhesive and connecting means to design this preferably as an SMK adhesive (hot melt adhesive). In principle, however, other adhesives and connecting means are also possible, provided that they guarantee sufficient adhesion to the mounting surface.

Since, for example, the adhesive and connecting agent is preferably packaged in the form of a tube with a round outlet opening, the filling opening and the outlet opening are preferably round for an advantageously simple filling of the adhesive and connecting agent. However, other packaging of the adhesive and connecting means and corresponding shapes of the filling opening and the outlet opening, for example oval or angular openings, are also conceivable.

For an alternative drilling assembly of the assembly system, the filling opening and the outlet opening are preferably of the same size. However, it is also conceivable that the filling opening and the outlet opening have different sizes.

Since many objects have a holder with a round cross-section, the basic element is preferably round in shape for improved compatibility of these objects with the present mounting system. In principle, however, any other shapes are also possible, such as oval, square, rectangular or n-angular, where n is any natural number, e.g. three, four, five, six, seven or eight.

For an advantageously simple and stable pre-positioning, the support element is preferably designed as an adhesive ring. This also creates sufficient space for the adhesive and connecting means, so that an advantageously increased adhesive strength is also obtained.

The base element is particularly preferably for receiving the object and / or for Formed holder of the object, which advantageously fewer parts have to be used for the assembly system.

For a particularly advantageous simple attachment of objects with the aid of the assembly system, the fastening element preferably has at least one adapter element for receiving an object and / or an element for holding at least one object.
