Abstract
Planen und Folien mit Ovalösen werden hauptsächlich mit Drehverschlüssen, auf verschiedenen Untergründen befestigt. Hierzu müssen die Drehverschlüsse mit meistens zwei Schrauben exakt in den Abständen der Ovalösen montiert werden. Problem ist die schnelle horizontal bzw. vertikal ausgerichtete Montage der Drehverschlüsse, sowie der korrekte Lochabstand zu den einzelnen Ösen, da diese nicht in einem Schritt mitsamt der Plane/Folie montiert werden können. Das ist ein zeitaufwändiger Montageablauf mit Fehlerquellen. Beim Ersatz einer beschädigten Plane müssen unter Umständen, aufgrund von Fertigungstoleranzen, die Drehverschlüsse demontiert und, neu ausgerichtet, wieder montiert werden.Ideal ist die gleichzeitige Montage der Planen mit vormontierter Befestigung. Dafür wird die Montageklammer vor Montage durch Zusammendrücken der Arretierung(4) in die Ovalöse(6,Figur 6) bis über die Arretierungswulst(5) eingedrückt. Die Arretierung(4) hat die Aufgabe mittels Federkraft das Herausrutschen aus der Ovalöse(6, Figur6) zu verhin dem und die Plane auf dem Untergrund zu fixieren. Nach der Vormontage der Montage klammer wird die Plane über das Langloch(2, Figur 1/2/5) in der Grundplatte(1) mit einer geeigneten Schraube auf dem Untergrund montiert. Die Seitenführung(3, Figur 1/4/5/6) verhindert ein seitliches Verrutschen. Zusätzliches messen des Lochabstands entfallen, da die Montageklammern bereits in den Ösen arretiert sind. Das Ausrichten in horizontaler bzw. vertikaler Richtung erfolgt während der Befestigung. Durch die zusammengefasste Montage der Montageklammer mitsamt der Plane in einem Arbeitsschritt, wird eine deutliche Reduzierung von Montagezeit- und aufwand erzielt. Zudem können aufgrund des Langlochs(2, Figur 1/2/5) beim Ersatz von Planen Fertigungstoleranzen beim Ösenabstand bzw. horizontaler oder vertikaler Ausrichtung ausgeglichen werden.Anwendung findet die Montageklammer bei allen Planen und Folien mit Ovalösen gängiger Größen, zum Beispiel bei Terrassenplanen und Planen zur seitlichen Montage an Carports p oder ähnlichem als Witterungs- und Sichtschutz.Tarpaulins and foils with oval eyelets are mainly attached to various surfaces with twist locks. The alignment in the horizontal or vertical direction takes place during the fastening. Thanks to the combined assembly of the assembly clamp and the tarpaulin in one work step, a significant reduction in assembly time and effort is achieved. Problem ist die schnelle und gleichmäßig horizontal bzw. vertikal ausgerichteten Montage der Drehverschlüsse, sowie der korrekte Lochabstand zu den einzelnen Ösen, da diese nicht in einem Schritt mitsamt der Plane bzw. Folie montiert werden können. Das ist daher, durch das unbedingt exakte Ausmessen vorab, ein zeitaufwän diger Montageablauf mit erhöhten Fehlerquellen.
