Abstract
Verfahren zur Spritzprägung von Bauteilen (4) mit zumindest einer eingespritzten, innenliegenden Elektronikkomponente (5), wobei ein Werkzeug, welches mindestens eine Kavität zwischen einer ersten Werkzeughälfte und einer zweiten Werkzeughälfte zur Aufnahme einer Schmelze eines Kunststoffs (3) aufweist, bereitgestellt wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Dekorfolie (1) im Inneren der Kavität der ersten Werkzeughälfte angeordnet und es wird eine Funktionalfolie (2) im Inneren der Kavität der zweiten Werkzeughälfte angeordnet, wobei an der Funktionalfolie (2) zumindest eine Elektronikkomponente (5) angeordnet ist, welche in Richtung der Dekorfolie (1) weist. Weiterhin wird die Schmelze des Kunststoffs (3) zwischen die Dekorfolie (1) und die Funktionalfolie mittels in der zweiten Werkzeughälfte ausgebildeten Düsen eingespritzt und die Kavität wird mittels Aufbringen eines Druckes auf die Schmelze des Kunststoffs (3) zwischen der ersten Werkzeughälfte und der zweiten Werkzeughälfte zur Prägung verkleinert, wobei das Verkleinern der Kavität mittels einer Bewegung der zweiten Werkzeughälfte erfolgt. Ferner wird die Schmelze des Kunststoffs (3) in der Kavität abgekühlt. Weiterhin wird die Schmelze des Kunststoffs zwischen die Dekorfolie und die Funktionalfolie mittels in der zweiten Werkzeughälfte ausgebildeten Düsen eingespritzt und die Kavität mittels Aufbringen eines Druckes auf die Schmelze des Kunststoffs zwischen der ersten Werkzeughälfte und der zweiten Werkzeughälfte zur Prägung verkleinert, wobei das Verkleinern der Kavität mittels einer Bewegung der zweiten Werkzeughälfte erfolgt. Anschließend wird die Schmelze des Kunststoffs in der Kavität abgekühlt.
Mittels des angegebenen Verfahrens wird eine Optik von Bauteilen mit innenliegenden, integrierten Elektronikkomponenten, welche mittels Spritzgussverfahrens hergestellt werden, verbessert. Durch Anwendung des Verfahrens befinden sich gegebenenfalls vorhandene negative optische Einflüsse, wie beispielsweise Abzeichnungen, Einfallstellen oder andere Oberflächenstörungen, auf einer bei der Verwendung der Bauteile nicht sichtbaren Oberfläche, einer sogenannten B-Seite.
