Abstract

Um diese Gänge oder Fahrbereiche, bzw. Fahrtrichtungen des Fahrzeuges, anzusteuern, besitzt die Arbeitsmaschine einen Fahrschalter, mittels welchem durch Bewegen des Fahrschalters diese Fahrtrichtungen oder Gänge bzw. Fahrbereiche angesteuert werden. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Getriebesteuereinheit vorhanden, welche als elektronische Steuereinheit ausgebildet ist und mittels welcher Kupplungen im Getriebe ansteuerbar sind. Die Getriebesteuereinheit ist mit einem Fahrschalter verbunden, mittels welchem die Fahrtrichtung, somit die Kupplungen des Getriebes, welche die Fahrtrichtungen bestimmen, ansteuerbar ist. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass zusätzlich zu den Fahrtrichtungen auch die Getriebegänge bzw. Fahrbereiche des Getriebes mittels des Fahrschalters auswählbar sind. Wird nun der Fahrschalter durch ein zuvor definiertes Muster, bzw. eines sogenanntes Sequenz, bedient, so wird eine zuvor definierte Aktion mittels der Getriebesteuereinheit gestartet. Diese zuvor definierte Aktion kann beispielsweise eine Kalibrierungsroutine einer oder aller Kupplungen sein. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass diese Aktion ein Erfassen einer Öltemperatur oder die Überprüfung von Sensoren im Getriebe ist. Das Muster bzw. die Sequenz der Betätigung des Fahrschalters kann aus einem Signal für Vorwärtsfahrt, einem Signal für Rückwärtsfahrt, einem Signal für die Neutralstellung und Signalen für die Gänge bzw. Fahrbereiche, beispielsweise die Gänge
Erkennt die Getriebesteuereinheit das zuvor definierte Muster, so gibt sie ein Signal zum Start der zuvor definierten Aktion aus. Ist diese Aktion die Kalibrierungsroutine, so besteht die Möglichkeit, dass zusätzlich zuerst geprüft wird, ob sich das Getriebe in einer Neutralposition befindet, d. h. die Kupplungen so geöffnet sind, dass keine kraftschlüssige Verbindung vom Antriebsmotor zum Abtrieb besteht. Es besteht zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, dass bevor die Kalibrierungsmaschine gestartet wird, zuerst überprüft wird, ob eine Parkbremse eingelegt ist, so dass sichergestellt ist, dass sich das Fahrzeug im Stillstand befindet.If the transmission control unit recognizes the previously defined pattern, it outputs a signal to start the previously defined action.
