In einer Ausführungsform weist ein solches Polsterelement eine Vielzahl Intrusionen auf, die sich von der ersten A-Oberfläche zu der zweiten B-Oberfläche erstrecken, wodurch Bereiche unterschiedlicher Härte ausgebildet werden.
