Abstract

Suction devices which suck odor-intensive exhaust air directly in the area of the toilet bowl are known in principle. For example, the exhaust air via a purge line, which normally serves to direct water from the rinsing water tank to the toilet bowl, be sucked. For this purpose, an exhaust air line branch off from the purge line. By means of a fan, the exhaust air can be sucked from the toilet bowl via the flushing line into the exhaust air line. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a simple and inexpensive retrofittable extraction module for the extraction of exhaust air flushing toilet and a corresponding assembly method.

The solution of this object is achieved by the devices and the method having the features of the independent claims.

The invention relates to a suction module for exhaust air extraction for a flush toilet with a toilet bowl and a rinse water tank. The toilet bowl may preferably be a hanging wall-mounted WC. In particular, the flushing water container may be a concealed cistern.

The fact that the suction device is designed as a module, even existing toilets can be easily retrofitted.

The extraction module includes an exhaust duct. This may in particular be a tube, e.g. made of a plastic material, act.

Through the housing, the suction module can be easily transported and / or mounted.
