Abstract

With conventional speed loaders, a locking device (rotating star) or a spring mechanism must be released to transport the cartridges into the chambers. These mechanisms are prone to failure due to dirt and external force (e.g. blows, falling) and can trigger unintentionally. There are no moving parts in the Magnetic Fast Loader. Solution The Magnetic Fast Loader fixes the cartridges to the base of the cartridge (1) using magnetic force. After the cartridges (6) are half inserted into the drum or cartridge chamber, a sideways tilt is sufficient of the holder, the cartridges detach from the magnet and slide into the chamber or drum due to gravity. The depth limiters (3 + 4) prevent them from sticking to the metal weapon body. After the loader has been dropped, the weapon can be quickly fired. Description

The magnetic fast charger can be used for hunting, sporting and commercial use of handguns.

With conventional speed loaders, a lock or a spring mechanism has to be released in order to transport the cartridges into the chambers.
These mechanisms are susceptible to failure due to dirt and external force (e.g. blows, falling) and can trigger unintentionally.
Speedloaders with a rotating star do not lock the cartridges firmly enough so that they can move and tip over, which hinders rapid reloading.

The magnetic fast charger fixes the cartridges to the bottom of the cartridge using magnetic force ( 1 ).
It consists of magnets ( 1 ), Retaining plate ( 2 ), Depth limiter ( 3 +4), and handle ( 5 )
After the cartridges ( 6 ) are half inserted into the drum or cartridge chamber, a sideways tilting of the holder is sufficient, the cartridges detach from the magnet and slide into the chamber or drum by gravity.
By leaving out the spacer ( 7 ), the flush locking of the magnets ( 1 ) in the base plate and fixation of the cartridge distance by the holder on the belt, the loader can also be set to different weapons (distance of the tubes) and caliber.
The depth limit ( 3 +4) prevents the magnets from sticking ( 1 ) of the loader on the metal body of the weapon.
The loader is now dropped and the weapon can be quickly fired.

The magnetic fast charger can be used in sporting areas. The BDS (Bund Deutscher Schützen) leads z. B. Disciplines, such as # 4405 double shotgun with ejector and # 4406 double shotgun without ejector, in which the provision of ammunition is basically optional for the shooter.

The application is also conceivable in the hunting area. Many hunters have a double or over-and-under double-barreled shotgun, which can be fired faster with the magnetic quick-loader, e.g. allows hunting for crows, ducks or pigeons to cover a longer distance.
