Abstract

Einbauküchen sind seit ihrer Erfindung im Jahr 1926 Möbel, die bis heute zum größten Teil aus einzelnen Spanplattenschränken mit einer Arbeitsplatte bestehen. Die Oberschränke müssen in der Wand verankert werden, sind nicht sehr belastbar und haben daher nur ein kleines Flächenangebot. Sowohl die Schränke als auch die lackierten Fronten haben ein hohes Gewicht, sind zum Teil nicht lange haltbar und belasten bei der Entsorgung die Umwelt.
Die Lösung des Problems besteht in der Errichtung eines Tragwerkes aus vorgefertigten verzinkten Stahlprofilen oder Aluminiumprofilen mit Schnellverbindern. In der Front wird oben eine Traverse eingebaut welche die Lasten der Oberschränke oder von oben angeordneten Elektrogeräten aufnehmen kann. Das ist von Vorteil, wenn Trennwände (z.B. Versorgungswände für Zu- und Abfluss) zwischen Bad und Küche.in Trockenbauweise aufgebaut sind).
Die Unterschränke für Schubladen entfallen vollständig. Statt dessen sind die Schubladenführungen an den Metallprofilen stabil befestigt. Kochbereich und Spülbereich werden mit Aluminium oder Edelstahlblechen vor Wasser optimal geschützt. Die Rückseite und Seiten werden mit Aluminiumblechen verkleidet. Für Fronten oder Schubladen kann ebenfalls Aluminium verwendet werden. Alle Einzelteile kann industriell vollautomatisch vorgefertigt werden. Spanplatten werden durch Profile und Bleche ersetzt.
Anwendungsgebiet ist vor allem der mehrgeschossige Wohnungsbau in Ballungsgebieten oder der sanierte Altbau. Ein geringeres Flächenangebot in den Städten führen zu offenen Wohnbereichen („amerikanische Küche“) also große Wohnräume mit einer offenen Küchennische und den entsprechenden Anschlüssen für warmes/kaltes Trinkwasser, Entwässerung, Strom. Die vorgestellte Konstruktion kann verwendet werden wenn die Küche kostengünstiger, flexibler, haltbarer, mit größerer Nutzfläche, stabiler und vor allem recyclebar sein soll.
