Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein längenverstellbares Pleuel mit zwei teleskopierbaren Pleuelabschnitten. Ein Pleuelabschnitt weist einen Zylinder auf, in den der Kolben des anderen Pleuelabschnittes eingreift. Der Zylinder ist durch einen Deckel verschlossen, durch den sich hindurch die Kolbenstange des einen Pleuelabschnittes hindurch erstreckt. Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Pleuelabschnitt mit dem Kolben einstückig hergestellt und anschließend gebrochen wird, um den Deckel des Zylinders auffädeln zu können. Im Anschluss wird die Kolbenstange stoffschlüssig wieder zusammengefügt, beispielsweise durch Elektronenstrahlschweißen.The invention relates to a length-adjustable connecting rod with two telescopic connecting rod sections. Das kann z.B. dadurch geschehen, dass die Lagerung des Pleuelauges über einen Exzenter verstellbar ausgeführt wird, oder dadurch, dass das Pleuel aus zwei teleskopierbaren Pleuelabschnitten besteht, wobei der eine Abschnitt einen Zylinder aufweist, in den der andere Pleuelabschnitt mit einem Kolben eintaucht. Pleuelauge und Kolben sind bei dieser Ausführung über eine Kolbenstange miteinander verbunden, die durch einen Deckel, mit dem der Zylinder des anderen Pleuelabschnittes abgedichtet ist, hindurchgeführt werden muss. Der Vorteil für das hier in Rede stehende Pleuel ist dabei, dass das Pleuel in einem herkömmlichen Schmiedeprozess hergestellt werden kann und nach dem Zusammenfügen der gebrochenen Abschnitte wieder exakt die gleiche Form einnimmt wie vor dem Cracken.
