The present invention relates to a crime prevention system for personal security with at least one smartwatch and at least one mission control system, which is assigned to a mission control center, according to the preamble of the claim 1 , In addition, it relates to an aforementioned crime-fighting system with a smartwatch or a smartphone according to the preamble of the claim 6 ,
In the patent application EP 3 010 213 A1 the automated triggering of an emergency call is displayed, among other things, by means of a smartwatch as a terminal. Here, the backend devices have databases in which, inter alia, the numbers for video telephony with respect to the locally responsible control centers are stored. The disadvantage here is that no image data of the Einsatzleitstellen be transmitted due to the alarm to the terminal. To combat criminal attacks is used in the Scriptures DE 203 07 641 U1 described mobile emergency alarm device. In this case, in a critical situation, the user acquires, stores and sends data relevant to the data via a control element on a data acquisition device carried on the body, such as a computer-controlled wristwatch. In case of violence with unconsciousness of the user alarm signals are automatically triggered and sent together with visual, acoustic and location data to rescue workers. Furthermore, communication between the user and the alarmed party (eg guardians, rescue workers, etc.) is possible due to an additional loudspeaker on the alerting device. In addition, by a loud acoustic signal, which automatically emanates from the device when alarmed, a deterrent effect of an attacking violent causes and attracts attention from uninvolved passers-by. The disadvantage here is that the deterrent signal is non-specific and how the signals generated by the speaker is only acoustically, whereby an act of violence is inhibited essentially only due to attention-raising uninvolved passers-by, but not directly in relation to a culprit.
The object of the present invention is to prevent a criminal attack on a person in connection with the transmission of data and alarm signals by means of a wrist-mounted mobile detection device and / or a similar terminal to keep the hands free for defensive measures, or another mobile terminal Immediately inhibit and ward off.
This problem is explained by the features of the claim 1 solved.
The captured in the field of the mission control system by means of the camera optical data and recorded by the microphone acoustic data of the assigned Einsatzleitstelle are preferably after the transmission of emergency signals from the smartwatch to the mission control system due to the software of the mission control system in the form of video and audio data as radio signals to the Transfer the user's smartwatch. In other words, upon receipt of emergency call signals transmitted by the smartwatch, at least one control element of the deployment control system for starting image and sound recordings is actuated by the incident control center and / or for the subsequent dispatch of the corresponding optical and acoustic data to the smartwatch. Here, the aforementioned operating element of the deployment control system is preferably designed in such a way that it can trigger several different functions. The term smartwatch includes, but is not limited to, a wristwatch with computer functionality and connectivity, electronic data processing equipment, and sensors and / or actuators. It also includes all types of state-of-the-art smartwatches that are mobile terminals and / or connected to at least one mobile terminal. Furthermore, preferably, the reproduced video of the mission control center is not displayed upside down with respect to the wearer of the smartwatch in the above-mentioned carrier facing display of the optical output device and upside down with respect to the aforementioned carrier in facing away from the aforementioned carrier display of the optical output device. The display of the optical output device facing or facing away from the wearer of the smartwatch is preferably determined by the above-mentioned position sensors or any other suitable type of sensor according to the current state of the art and computer-controlled. A display of the optical output device facing the aforementioned carrier is, for example, and preferably present when, with the optical display of the smartwatch mounted on the wrist next to the back of the hand, the angle between a half-line extending from the imaginary center of the screen, parallel to the plane of the screen and the direction of the yard, and one from imaginary center of the screen, parallel to the perpendicular direction and the direction of the zenith running half-line is less than or equal to 90 degrees. Accordingly, a facing away from the aforementioned carrier display of the optical output device example and preferably then, when the aforementioned angle is greater than 90 degrees. The rotation and / or tilting of the displayed video of the mission control center by means of at least one control element of the smartwatch and due to the programming of the computer is a second preferred feature of the main claim that a desired rotation and / or a corresponding tilting and thus a proper orientation of the displayed Videos allowed by the user. Here, the aforementioned control element of the smartwatch is preferably designed in such a way that it can trigger several different functions. For example, the operation of the aforementioned operating element in the computer starts at least one command for controlling the rotation and / or tilting of the video. By both aforementioned features of the main claim is achieved that an attacker located in front of the user can perceive the reproduced on the display of the watch video video of the mission control center in the correct vertical orientation, ie not standing upside down.
The advantage of this anti-crime system arrangement is that a perpetrator attacking the user with criminal intent in the presence of audiovisual sequences with respect to a security or emergency response center after alerting by means of at least one distress signal and the ensuing recognition of imminent persecution by forces is psychologically inhibited or hindered in his execution. And inasmuch as he faster than previously suspected the escape and / or defensive measures against additional people must plan. Another advantage is that on the part of the incident control center a personal contact with the offender can be made in optical and acoustic form. As a result, the perpetrator can be moved to abandon his criminal activities due to the specific and audiovisual communication with security staff located in the operations control center.

This improves the ability to protect a person and ward off an impending physical attack.
An example of the crime prevention system for personal protection is provided in the 1 Shown: The smartwatch 1 is over a bracelet 19 attached to the wrist of the user (not shown). In the case of an impending criminal attack by a perpetrator (not shown) on the user, the user operates one of the controls shown 10a . 10b or 10c the smartwatch 1 , Here, in this exemplary representation, the operating element 10a as a push-button, the control element 10b as a touchpad in the touchscreen 8th and the control 10c as a speech recognition module. By the operation of the operating element 10a , 10b by means of a finger or the operating element 10c By means of a spoken command, the acquisition and storage of data relating to the potential offender and the environment is started. Here, the user directs the camera 4 and the microphone 5 the smartwatch out to the potential offender, so that collected via the optical and acoustic sensors data relating to the potential offender and as an audio-video file using the computer system of the smartwatch on the internal data storage 6 the smartwatch 1 and / or on an external data store 7 be stored in the computer cloud. The stored audiovisual sequences may be useful for eventual subsequent clarification. If it actually comes to a physical attack by the aforementioned potential offender, the attacked user again pressed one of the controls 10a . 10b or 10c the smartwatch, which causes the radio transmission of both the camera 4 and the microphone 5 the smartwatch 1 recorded data as well as position data of the user as well as emergency call signals to the mission control system 2 is started. The aforementioned controls 10a . 10b and 10c the smartwatch 1 are set up in such a way that they can trigger several different functions. Due to the arrival of emergency call signals in the aforementioned mission control system 2 , that of a mission control center 3 with at least one security guard 20 is assigned in this example, computer-controlled at least one control element 21 , (eg key, touch panel in touchscreen, switch, etc.) of the dispatch control system 2 activated. Through its operation by the security staff 20 become the camera 11 and the microphone 12 in the area of the incident control system 2 started. The activation of the control element 21 preferably includes, among other things, the assignment of the received and registered phone number of the smartwatch 1 in the program flow and moves the control element 21 in a standby mode. Here are the camera 11 and the microphone 12 aligned in such a way that images and sounds of the mission control center 3 including the security staff 20 be recorded. Subsequently, inter alia, due to the software of the dispatch control system 2 and the registered phone number of the watch 1 the data of the aforementioned recorded images and sounds of the mission control center 3 by radio to the smartwatch 1 of the user. About the optical output device 8th and the acoustic output device 9 the smartwatch 1, which in this example is a display and speaker, become the recorded images and sounds of the aforementioned command center 3 including security staff 20 live as an audiovisual sequence. Important here is that on the display 8th the smartwatch 1 the transition from the visual real-time rendering of the current to the smartwatch 1 data recorded on the audiovisual real-time replay of the operational control center 3 transferred data automatically via the computer of the smartwatch 1 or by pressing one of the controls 10a . 10b or 10c the smartwatch 1 he follows. The aforementioned computer is arranged in such a manner that the reproduced video of the mission control center 3 depending on the detected by sensors position of the smartwatch 1 automatically or by pressing one of the controls 10a . 10b or 10c is rotated (for example, by 180 °) or tilted about the central horizontal screen axis, so that the aforementioned attacking offender can perceive the reproduced image recording in the correct vertical orientation (ie not inverted). For example, when facing the user and the user viewing the display 8th the smartwatch 1 aligned to the attacker and thus the display of the display is turned away from the user. In addition, the camera 4 via an actuator 18 aligned by means of the aforementioned computer to attacking offenders, so that the optical data of the offender are detected as well as possible. In a further preferred embodiment are on the smartwatch 1 provided several differently oriented cameras, of which computer-controlled and by means of an image recognition software that is activated, which allows the best possible image capture of the offender. By means of at least one optical output device and at least one acoustic output device of the deployment control system 2 Be the of the camera 4 and the microphone 5 the smartwatch 1 recorded and transmitted optical and acoustic data in the incident control center 3 reproduced so that the security guard 20 Get information about what is happening on the ground and estimate the need for it. By giving the attacking offender real-time image and sound of the incident control center 3 with at least one security guard 20 be shown and the aforementioned security staff 20 In real time, the perpetrator's image and sound can be presented, and the perpetrator can be inhibited in his execution of the crime solely by the perception of his intervention in relation to him. In addition, a direct address of the perpetrator by the security staff 20 possible, whereby the perpetrator can be moved to give up his criminal activity.
If the attacker does not respond or is too far away for audiovisual communication, the security guard operates 20 again the previous or another activated control 21 on the dispatch control system 2 , As a result, among other things, computer-controlled and due to the registered phone number of the smartwatch 1 Control signals are generated and sent as radio signals to the smartwatch on the display 8th the smartwatch 1 optical signals, eg blue light, the word "Police" etc., and over the loudspeaker 9 the smartwatch 1 acoustic signals, such as siren, siren, etc., each triggering the signaling of a (police) use. In the illustrated embodiment, in addition, a container 13 provided, which is filled with an irritant, such as pepper spray, CS gas, CN gas, etc., for physical impairment of the offender and / or a colorant for marking the offender. The aforementioned container 13 is about a releasable fastening device 14 with the smartwatch 1 connected. To facilitate the operation by the user is on the smartwatch 1 a control 15 to release the irritant and / or the colorant attached. Furthermore, via an electronic target acquisition 17 the outlet opening 16 of the aforementioned container 13 automatically aligned with the offender, which increases the accuracy and the dimensions of the container can be dimensioned as small as possible. In addition, in this example, a remote controlled operation of the control element 15 on the part of the operations control center 3 provided that the user by the offender on the operation of the aforementioned control element 15 is prevented.
Thus, with the aid of the illustrated crime-fighting system, it is possible to effectively protect persons from violent crime by inhibiting criminal activity.
