Abstract

Elektrofahrzeuge und mit Wasserstoff angetriebene Fahrzeuge sind zugelassen und ferner wären Hybridfahrzeuge zugelassen, sofern gewährleistet werden könnte, dass sie auf Elektroantrieb umgestellt sind. Hierbei stellt sich das Problem, dass nach dem Einlassen eines Hybridfahrzeuges in die Fahrverbotszone der Verbrennungsmotor dennoch entgegen des Verbots verwendet werden kann. Das Überwachungssystem aktiviert dann das bestehende oder ein zusätzliches Schadstoffminderungssystem wodurch eine zusätzliche Schadstoffminderung explizit bei Fahrten in der Fahrverbotszone erreicht werden kann. Dies kann z.B. eine elektrische Zuheizung für einen Katalysator sein oder eine erhöhte Eindosierung von Ad-blue sein. Hierdurch wird selbsttätig dafür gesorgt, dass eine erhebliche Schadstoffminderung erreicht wird. Evtl. kann auf diese Weise vorübergehend das Fahrzeug in einem eine höhere Abgasnorm erfüllenden Modus betreiben werden.
