Abstract

Bench hook for clamping workpieces, bolted from the top, which is used in a workbench or bench with mounting holes. With the new bench hook, a backlash-free and non-positive connection between the bench hook and workbench can be made from above. With a screw the new bench hook can be fixed to the workbench and then pressed onto the workbench. The user does not have to bend down to screw under the workbench the bank hook. It is known to insert bank hooks from above into the workbench and, if necessary, to screw from below to prevent a wobbling of the bank hooks.
The additional possible screw the bank hooks with the workbench previously required that the bank hooks are accessible from below through a through hole of the workbench.

The specified in claim 1 invention is based on the problem that previously bank hooks are only with continuous through-bench holes, where appropriate cumbersome and time-consuming from below with a screw play and frictionally mounted.

This problem is solved by the features listed in claim 1.

The advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that a play-free and non-positive connection between the bench and bench can be made without bending over and screwing the bench hook under the workbench. To remove the bench hook from the workbench, loosen the screw a few millimeters more than necessary using a screwdriver. As a result, the upper part of the bench hook slightly raises from the workbench and the screw protrudes slightly beyond the edge of the upper bench hook. Now, with a light blow on the screwdriver head, press the screw with the lower part of the bench hook downwards. As a result, the wedged bank hook is completely solved. Now the complete bench hook can be removed without effort from the hole or blind hole of the workbench again.
