Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen medizinischen Sterilbehälter (1) mit einem wannenartigen ersten Behälterteil (2) mit einer Behälteröffnung (3), einem deckelartigen zweiten Behälterteil (4) zum Verschließen der Behälteröffnung (3) des ersten Behälterteils (2) und einem vom ersten Behälterteil (2) und zweiten Behälterteil (4) umgebenen Behälterinnenraum (10), wobei der erste Behälterteil (2) und/oder der zweite Behälterteil (4) eine Laminat-Struktur oder Sandwich-Struktur mit einer Außenschicht (14), einem Kern (16) und einer Innenschicht (15) aufweist, wobei die Außenschicht (14) und die Innenschicht (15) aus Edelstahl bestehen und der Kern (16) aus einem Material mit einem höheren Wärmeleitkoeffizienten als Edelstahl besteht und/oder mit einem geringeren spezifischen Gewicht als Edelstahl besteht. Außenschicht und Innenschicht mit einer Dicke von 0,5 mm bestehen und in Form eines Containerdeckels/Wanne tiefgezogen sein/werden. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann der Sterilbehälter aus einem Sandwichblech mit einem Kupferkern mit einer Dicke von 1,2mm und Edelstahldeckblechen bzw. Außenschicht und Innenschicht mit einer Dicke von 0,7mm bestehen und in Form eines Containerdeckels/Wanne tiefgezogen sein/werden. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann der Sterilbehälter aus einem Sandwichblech mit einem Kern aus Edelstahldrahtgeflecht mit einer Dicke von 0,6mm und Edelstahldeckblechen bzw. Außenschicht und Innenschicht mit einer Dicke von 0,3mm bestehen und in Form eines Containerdeckels/Wanne tiefgezogen sein/werden. In einer fünften Ausführungsform kann der Sterilbehälter aus einem Sandwichblech mit einem Aluminiumschaumkern mit einer Dicke von 0,8mm und Edelstahldeckblechen bzw. Außenschicht und Innenschicht mit einer Dicke von 0,4mm bestehen und in Form eines Containerdeckels/Wanne tiefgezogen sein/werden.
