Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trainingspad (10), umfassend ein flächiges Kontaktelement (12), das ein Handkontaktelement (14) und ein Gerätekontaktelement (16) aufweist, wobei das Handkontaktelement (14) mit einer Oberseite (18) davon in Kontakt mit einer Hand eines Benutzers bringbar ist, wobei das Gerätekontaktelement (16) in Kontakt mit einer Hantelstange oder einem Fitnessgerät bringbar ist. Das Handkontaktelement (14) und das Gerätekontaktelement (16) sind als separate Körper ausgebildet sind, wodurch das Kontaktelement (12) zweiteilig ist.
