Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fahrerassistenzvorrichtung (4), umfassend eine Bilderfassungseinheit (2.1) zur Erfassung eines Gesichts (G) eines Fahrers (F) eines Fahrzeugs (1). Aus der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung resultiert zudem ein besonders vorteilhafter Erfassungswinkel der Bilderfassungseinheit für die Auswertung eines Augenlidschlags des Fahrers, da die Bilderfassungseinheit unterhalb des Gesichts des Fahrers angeordnet ist und nach oben auf das Gesicht des Fahrers ausgerichtet ist.The inventive arrangement of the image capture unit in the central region of the steering wheel allows barrier-free detection of the driver's face.
