Abstract
Vorgeschlagen wird u.a. eine Stahlblechkonstruktion (1; 1´), bestehend aus zumindest zwei untereinander durch Schweißung gefügten Stahlblechteilen (1a, 1b; 1a´, 1b´). Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, dass wenigstens eines (1a; 1a´) der Stahlblechteile (1a, 1b; 1a´, 1b´) aus einem einseitig verzinkten Vormaterial gefertigt, wogegen das/die andere/n Stahlblechteil/e (1b; 1b´) aus einem nichtverzinkten, ebenfalls einseitig verzinkten oder wenigstens im Bereich von Schweißstellen (2) lokal nichtverzinkten Vormaterial gefertigt ist/sind, und dass die Stahlblechteile (1a, 1b; 1a´, 1b´) im Bereich zueinander korrespondierender nichtverzinkter Seiten untereinander durch Schweißung gefügt sind.Suggested is u.a. a sheet steel construction (1; 1 ') consisting of at least two steel sheet parts (1a, 1b, 1a', 1b ') joined together by welding. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine korrosionsgeschützte Stahlblechkonstruktion zu schaffen, welche im Hinblick auf den Stand der Technik zur Herstellung der besagten Stahlblechkonstruktion eines minimierten Aufwandes bedarf. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es ferner, ein Fahrzeug, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug, mit einer derartigen Stahlblechkonstruktion bereitzustellen. Schließlich ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein geeignetes Verfahren zur Herstellung der besagten Stahlblechkonstruktion anzugeben. Besonders vorteilhaft ist besagte Stahlblechkonstruktion als ein Fahrwerksteil eines Kraftfahrzeugs, beispielsweise als Federlenker einsetzbar, welcher insbesondere bei Schlechtwegfahrten zumindest fahrwegseitig erhöhter mechanischer Belastung durch Steinschlag ausgesetzt ist. Durch diese Maßnahme ist vorteilhaft ein Schutz gegen Korrosion mit einem Schutz gegen Steinschlag kombiniert. Für die andere Seite des Fahrwerksteils respektive Federlenkers, welche nicht oder nur wenig Steinschlag ausgesetzt ist, ist bevorzugt ein im Hinblick auf eine Zinkbeschichtung kostengünstigerer Korrosionsschutz, wie beispielsweise eine KTL-Beschichtung (KTL = kathodische Tauchlackierung), vorgesehen. Weiter vorteilhaft ist die Stahlblechkonstruktion auch als ein hohlraumbildendes Teil, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, einsetzbar, wobei die Zinkbeschichtung bevorzugt im Inneren des besagten Hohlraums angeordnet ist. Eine Schädigung der hohlraumbildenden Stahlblechkonstruktion durch Korrosion infolge innerhalb des Hohlraums stehenden Wassers ist durch diese Maßnahme wirkungsvoll vermieden. Die Außenseite der hohlraumbildenden Stahlblechkonstruktion weist mangels übermäßiger mechanischer Belastung bevorzugt ebenfalls eine KTL-Beschichtung auf. - b) Fügen der besagten Stahlblechteile im Bereich zueinander korrespondierender nichtverzinkter Seiten derselben durch Schweißung.
