Description
The invention relates to a sliding contact arrangement comprising a first contact piece and a second contact piece, which have complementary shaped contact areas, which are movable relative to each other in a sliding direction.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a sliding contact arrangement, which has an improved stability.
According to the invention this object is achieved in a sliding contact arrangement of the type mentioned above in that the contact region of the first contact piece in a projection substantially perpendicular to the sliding direction follows a course of a path having an increase.
A sliding contact arrangement can be used, for example, to connect current path sections of an electric power transmission device with each other. Electric power transmission devices are used for the transmission of electrical energy, wherein within a phase conductor, an electric current is driven by a potential difference. The sliding contact arrangement may be part of such a phase conductor. For example, the phase conductor can be arranged within an encapsulating housing, which encloses the phase conductor. The phase conductor may be kept electrically isolated relative to the encapsulating housing. A fluid located in the interior of the encapsulating housing can cause an electrical insulation of the phase conductor. Accordingly, a contact arrangement can also be embodied fluid-insulated. In order to be able to economically produce a phase conductor extending over relatively long distances, the phase conductor can be composed of individual segments, whereby individual segments can be contacted with one another via a sliding contact arrangement. By using a sliding contact arrangement, relative movements of the individual segments of the phase conductor can be compensated. Thus, the occurrence of tension in the phase conductor is prevented. A sliding contact arrangement has for this purpose a first contact piece and a second contact piece. The two contact pieces are movable relative to each other. Thus, for example, in the context of an assembly by moving the contact pieces into one another, it is possible to make contact with the contact pieces. Contact areas of the contact pieces should be designed to complement each other. For example, a contact region of the first contact piece can be socket-shaped or bolt-shaped and, correspondingly, a contact region of the second contact piece can be bolt-shaped or bush-shaped. A relative movement should be possible substantially along an axially extending sliding direction. In this case, however, deviations from an ideal axial extension of an axial sliding direction are possible, so that, for example, a compensation of a tilting of the contact areas / the contact pieces can be made to each other. In a bolt-shaped / bush-shaped configuration, inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the bushing or of the bolt can serve as contact regions. In order to allow a sufficient Kontaktanpresskraft and defined current transfer points, the contact area of the first contact piece should follow a defined path. The web may extend at least in sections substantially azimuthally to the sliding direction. For example, a web may be designed substantially strip-shaped. A web may extend in the form of a line-like track on one of the contact pieces. An opposing contact area should extend in a planar manner, for example in the form of a lateral surface. The web can be defined, for example, by a succession of a plurality of contacting points of a contact region, which serve to galvanically contact the contact pieces. It can be provided that the web is determined for example by a contact-switching device, such as contact fingers, contact springs, contact blades, etc., which produce a plurality of contact points between the first and / or the second contact piece in the course of the web. The contact region of the first contact piece may be integrally formed with the contact piece, but it may also be provided that for forming a contact region, a discrete contact exchange device is arranged on the first contact piece. The contact switching device may be mounted on one of the contact pieces and be part of a contact area. For example, the web can be defined by a groove-shaped recess running in the first or in the second contact piece, into which, for example, a contact-switching device can be inserted. The contact switching device bridges the web following a joint gap between the first contact piece and the second contact piece. Thus, the Kontaktanpresskräfte between the two contact pieces can be transmitted along a defined path. Contact forces can be transferred specifically in the area of the web.
In a projection substantially perpendicular to the sliding direction of the contact pieces, the web should preferably have a rise. That is, the web is at least partially aligned substantially different from a parallel or perpendicular to the projection axis. The sliding direction can be defined by an axis of the sliding direction, along which a relative movement between the contact pieces of the sliding contact arrangement is possible. This sliding direction can be, for example, a main direction of a relative movement between the first and second contact piece in order to bring the contact areas of the two contact pieces into engagement with one another or separate from one another. An increase in the course of the path can increase the number of potential points of contact compared to the orthogonal position of tracks with respect to the direction of sliding while maintaining similar dimensions of the contacts. Thus, an enlarged area is available to distribute Kontaktanpresskräfte. This can counteract premature punctual wear. As the number of contact points increases, the contact area between the first and second contact piece increases, so that forces are distributed over a larger area. This counteracts a point overloading of the contact areas between the contact pieces, whereby abrasion is reduced. Thus, the stability of the sliding contact arrangement can be increased. Preferably, contact pieces can be used with circular cylindrical lateral surfaces. This allows easy contact with the contacts. Further, the contact pieces can also rotate relative to each other.
A further advantageous embodiment may provide that the web rotates about the sliding direction.
A circulation of the web around the sliding direction can for example take place such that, for example, a wave-shaped, toothed, etc. course is provided. It can be provided an open circulation. In a projection in the sliding direction, an open path can be defined, for example, by a helical course of the path, which results in a closed circulation, for example, by a multiple circulation around the sliding direction when projecting in the direction of the same.
Advantageously, it can be provided that the web has a helical course.
A helical course makes it possible, depending on the spiral pitch in the direction of the sliding direction, to arrange an increased number of contact points along the path between the first and second contact pieces, even on short axial areas. The slope of the helix may vary.
A further advantageous embodiment may provide that the web rotates closed in itself.
By a self-contained circulation of the web dielectrically favorable contact areas can be formed, as an endless circulation of the closed path is given. In this case, it can be provided to increase the number of contact points between the contact pieces, that a plurality of self-contained paths, which are arranged, for example, extending substantially parallel.
A further advantageous embodiment may provide that the web has a monotonous increase in its course.
A monotonous increase of the web should preferably be carried out consistently over the entire course of the web. As a result, even with a relative movement of the contact pieces in the sliding direction to each other all track sections claimed substantially similar. Turning points or saddle points in the course of the course should be avoided, since these points of discontinuity represent an increase, which in turn could possibly lead to occasional increased wear. A monotonic course can be achieved for example by a helical path.
A further advantageous embodiment may provide that the web is an elliptical path.
An elliptical path has the advantage over a circular-cylindrical outer surface that its length is extended in relation to a circular path, wherein the path can be self-contained. The web can lie in one plane. An elliptical path may preferably extend in a plane which is pierced by the axis which extends in the sliding direction and thereby between the Sliding direction and the plane is preferably included an angle different from 90 °. Preferably, an obtuse-angled cutting of the plane of the elliptical path and the axis of the sliding direction should be provided.
A further advantageous embodiment can provide that the elliptical path is arranged on a lateral surface of a hollow cylinder / cylinder with a circular / annular cross-section.
The use of circular or annular cross-sections makes it possible to use circular-jacket-shaped surfaces on the inner or outer jacket side of the contact pieces in order to form a contact region. An elliptical course of the web should preferably lie in a plane which lies transversely to the sliding direction of the relatively movable contact pieces. As a result, a simplified assembly is possible because with contacting the two contact pieces together first a low-force connection of the contacts is made possible and with increasing overlap of the contact pieces with each other a continuous increase in the contact forces is recorded. This allows a simplified mounting of the sliding contact arrangement. In addition, circular contours have dielectrically favorable properties, so that such sliding contact arrangements also in the high and medium voltage range, d. H. can be used with voltages over 1000 volts, especially over 30,000 volts and 70,000 volts.
Furthermore, it can be advantageously provided that the contact region has an elastically deformable contact bridge following the web.
By using a contact bridge, it is possible to form the train following a defined number of contact points between the first and second contact piece. An elastically deformable contact bridge penetrates a joint gap between the first and second contact piece and forms a contact-switching device between the two contact pieces. If necessary, various types of contact bridges can be used. For example, elastically deformable contact fingers, elastically deformable contact blades or elastically deformable coil springs can be used. When the two contact pieces are in contact with one another, the contact bridges can produce an elastic bond between the first and the second contact piece with reversible elastic deformation. By such a galvanic contacting an electrically conductive transition in the contact region between the first and the second contact piece is made possible. A contact bridge may be part of a contact region, in particular of the first contact piece.
A further advantageous embodiment may provide that the contact pieces are angularly movable relative to each other.
An angular movement of the contact pieces may be provided as an alternative or in addition to a sliding movement of the contact pieces relative to each other. An angular movement, d. H. a pivotable alignment of the contact pieces to each other, for example, take place about an axis which is transverse, in particular substantially perpendicular to the sliding direction. Due to a flexible deformability of a contact region, for example by an elastically deformable contact bridge, a compensation of an enlargement or reduction of a joint gap between the first contact piece and the second contact piece can take place. Thus, in addition to an axial compensation of relative movements of portions of a phase conductor, a tilting of the phase conductors via a sliding contact arrangement according to the invention is made possible. Depending on the dimensional accuracy of the shape complementarity of the contact pieces to each other, d. H. Depending on the width of the joint gap between the contact pieces, a deflection of the contact pieces to each other by a few degrees or more 10 degrees may be allowed. In addition, the deflection can be limited by the depth of overlap of the contact pieces in the sliding direction.
A further advantageous embodiment may provide that at least one of the contact pieces is rotatable substantially about the axis of the sliding direction.
In addition to an axial and / or angular movement of the contact pieces of the sliding contact arrangement relative to one another, it is also possible for a rotation of at least one of the contact pieces to be provided about an axis of the sliding direction. This can cause an additional reduction of a punctual abrasion of a contact area. A relative rotation of the contact pieces to one another may additionally be superimposed by a relative angular movement. It is thus possible, for example, for a narrow-band track of a contact area on one of the contact pieces to face a larger, for example hollow-cylindrical bush-shaped, contact area of the other contact piece.
Dabei zeigt die In the following, an embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in a drawing and described in more detail below. It shows the
