Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Innenverkleidungsanordnung für eine Seitentür eines KFZ, die über eine Lageranordnung gelenkig an einer KFZ-Karosserie befestigbar ist, wobei auf einem Türrahmenteil ein sich zum Fahrzeuginneren erstreckendes ein- oder mehrteiliges Verkleidungsteil sowie ein sich vom Fahrzeuginneren zum Fahrzeugäußeren erstreckendes Brüstungsteil vorgesehen sind, wobei im Türrahmenteil zumindest ein Airbagmodul vorgesehen ist, das in Richtung des Fahrzeuginneren entfaltbar ist. Zum einen prägen diese Innenverkleidungsanordnungen den designtechnischen Eindruck des Fahrzeugs und zum anderen müssen sie den neuesten Sicherheitsanforderungen genügen. So muss das Material derart ausgeführt sein, dass sich Insassen des Kraftfahrzeuges nicht infolge eines Stoßes verletzen können. Gleichzeitig muss eine ausreichende Bruchhaptik vorhanden sein, um einen wertigen Eindruck zu vermitteln. Zudem muss in einer Crashsituation, bei einer Seitentür insbesondere bei einem Seitenaufprall, das Airbagmodul sicher und ohne Hindernisse entfaltbar sein. Hierzu sind Bruchstellen und Perforationen vorgesehen, die jedoch den designtechnischen Eindruck wiederum nicht stören dürfen, insbesondere dem Brüstungsteil ist hier eine besondere Funktion zugewiesen, da einerseits eine Steifigkeit notwendig ist, um Kundenansprüche zu erfüllen, und andererseits sich ein sogenannter Seitenairbag ja auch nach oben in Richtung einer Türscheibe entfalten soll. Hierbei stellt sich jedoch das Problem, dass geometrische Formen/Aussteifungen an der Flanke der Verkleidung des Teils der Seitentür von an sich flexiblen beziehungsweise nachgiebigen Materialen eine Entfaltung des Airbagmoduls behindern, wenn nicht sogar verhindern können. Zudem haben Sollbruchstellen bzw. Perforationen bei FVK-Materialien sich nicht zielführend erwiesen, da bei dynamisch auftretenden Lasten ein unkontrollierbares Aufreißen bei der Airbagentfaltung zu einer Insassengefährdung führt. Ebenso kann eine derartige Anordnung ein Teil der Öffnungsenergie absorbieren und somit das ausreißen/aufbrechen der beteiligten Bauteile verhindern, wodurch die Verletzungsgefahr von Fahrzeuginsassen noch weiter vermindert werden kann. Hierbei ist es insbesondere vorteilhaft, wenn das Deckelelement einen Bereich des Brüstungsteils überdeckt. Durch ein derartiges Überlappungsmaß beziehungsweise durch eine derartige Überlappungsgeometrie kann das Öffnungsverhalten gezielt gesteuert werden und der Festsitz des Brüstungsteils sowie dessen Lage bewusst beeinflusst werden.
