Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Unterstützung eines Einparkvorgangs für ein Fahrzeug (1), wobei – eine in Fahrtrichtung vorausliegende Fahrzeugumgebung (2) erfasst und – aus Daten der erfassten Fahrzeugumgebung (2) ein Umgebungsbild (2') erzeugt und auf einer Anzeigeeinheit (4) grafisch dargestellt wird, wobei zumindest eine mögliche Trajektorie (T) des Fahrzeugs (1) von einer Startposition (S) zu einer Zielposition (Z) und ein virtuelles Fahrzeug (1') auf dieser Trajektorie (T) das Umgebungsbild (2') zumindest teilweise überlagernd dargestellt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine simulierte Fahrt des virtuellen Fahrzeugs (1') entlang der zumindest einen Trajektorie (T) auf der Anzeigeeinheit (4) vor und/oder während des Einparkvorgangs ausgegeben wird, wobei eine das Umgebungsbild (2') zumindest teilweise überlagernde virtuelle Zielposition (Z') in dem Umgebungsbild (2') dargestellt wird.
