Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff mit Anteilen von Polypropylen (PP), Polyethylen (PE) und Holzfasern, wobei selbiger auf einer Doppelbandpresse, vorzugsweise als ein Plattenmaterial, hergestellt wird. Da die Arbeitsbreite einer derartigen Doppelbandpresse breiter ist als beispielsweise die Öffnung eines Extrusionswerkzeuges, können breitere Platten als bisher üblich gefertigt werden. Die bei einer Doppelbandpresse entstehenden ungenauen Längskanten können beispielsweise durch Sägen begradigt werden. Der Vorteil besteht hierin, dass man keinen zusätzlichen Kleber benötigt, weil durch den Fertigungsprozess in der Doppelbandpresse der Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff angeschmolzen wird, wodurch sich die Korkbahn mit dem Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff – insbesondere nach dem Abkühlen des Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoffes – verbindet.From the prior art it is known that cork tracks are produced on a double belt press.
