Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff mit Anteilen von Polypropylen (PP), Polyethylen (PE) und Holzfasern, wobei selbiger auf einer Doppelbandpresse, vorzugsweise als ein Plattenmaterial, hergestellt wird. Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff (WPC) gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a wood-plastic composite material (WPC) according to the preamble of claim 1.
Der Begriff Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff, bzw. abgekürzt WPC, der in der hier vorliegenden Anmeldung verwendet wird, wird im englischen Sprachraum auch Wood(-fiber)-Polymer Composite genannt und bezeichnet einen thermoplastisch verarbeitbaren Verbundwerkstoff, der aus unterschiedlichen Anteilen von Holz – typischerweise Holzmehl – Kunststoffen und Additiven hergestellt wird. Aus dem Stand der Technik ist bekannt, dass auf einer Doppelbandpresse Korkbahnen hergestellt werden. Auch ist bekannt, dass diese Korkbahnen mit anderen Bahnen thermoplastisch verbunden werden. Hier, also zur vorliegenden Erfindung, haben die Erfinder aber ebenfalls erkannt, dass die Korkbahnen auch mit einem plattenförmigen Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff auf einer Doppelbandpresse verbunden werden können. Der Vorteil besteht hierin, dass man keinen zusätzlichen Kleber benötigt, weil durch den Fertigungsprozess in der Doppelbandpresse der Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff angeschmolzen wird, wodurch sich die Korkbahn mit dem Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff – insbesondere nach dem Abkühlen des Holz-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoffes – verbindet.From the prior art it is known that cork tracks are produced on a double belt press.
