Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Antriebsachse nach der im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 näher definierten Art. The invention relates to a drive axle according to the closer defined in the preamble of claim 1.
Gattungsgemäße Antriebsachsen weisen ein Befüllsystem zur fahrzeugseitigen Innendruckregelung eines Fahrzeugrades auf, durch welche der Druck im Fahrzeugrad beeinflussbar ist. So ist beim Befahren einer asphaltierten Straße ein höherer Innendruck der Reifen für eine bessere Seitenführung, einen guten Wirkungsgrad und einen niedrigen Kraftstoffverbrauch vorteilhaft, während beim Befahren eines weichen Bodens, wie beispielsweise einem Ackerboden, geringere Reifeninnendrücke zu bevorzugen sind. Ein Befüllsystem eines Fahrzeugrades steht dabei dann zumeist mit einem fahrzeugseitigen Druckregelsystem in Verbindung, welches eine Anpassung des Reifeninnendrucks der jeweiligen Bereifung an den aktuellen Betriebszustand vornimmt. Diese weist in einer Ausführungsform ein Achsrohr mit einer Flanschwelle auf, wobei die Flanschwelle drehbar im Achsrohr gelagert ist. Die Flanschwelle kann einteilig oder mehrteilig ausgeführt sein, wobei am Flansch der Flanschwelle eine Felge eines Fahrzeugrades befestigbar ist. Das Achsrohr kann ebenfalls einteilig oder mehrteilig ausgeführt sein. Die Antriebsachse weist ein Befüllsystem zur Innendruckregelung des Fahrzeugreifens auf, wobei das Befüllsystem ein drehfestes Bauteil und ein drehbares Bauteil aufweist, wobei das drehfeste Bauteil radial außerhalb des drehbaren Bauteils angeordnet ist und zwischen diesen beiden Bauteilen ein Dichtelement, welches einteilig oder mehrteilig ausgeführt sein kann, angeordnet ist. Das drehbare Bauteil ist mittelbar oder unmittelbar drehfest mit der Flanschwelle verbunden und das drehfeste Bauteil ist mittelbar oder unmittelbar mit dem Achsrohr verbunden oder kann einteilig mit dem Achsrohr ausgeführt sein. In einer Ausführungsform ist das drehfeste Bauteil alleine topfförmig ausgebildet und in einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist das drehfeste Bauteil zusammen mit einem Bauteil des Achsrohrs topfförmig ausgebildet, wobei in der Seitenwand mindestens ein Luftanschluss für die Druckmittelzuführung angeordnet ist. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass mehrere Luftanschlüsse in der Seitenwand angeordnet sind, welche beispielsweise aus einem Anschluss für eine Steuerleitung und einem Anschluss für eine Arbeitsleitung bestehen können. Durch die Anschlüsse gelangt Druckmittel über das Dichtelement zum drehbaren Bauteil, an welchem ein Anschluss für eine Leitung zum Fahrzeugreifen angeordnet ist. Das topfförmige Element des drehfesten Bauteils weist einen Boden und eine Seitenwand auf. Der Boden kann Ausnehmungen oder Durchbrüche aufweisen oder geschlossen ausgeführt sein. Der Boden sollte jedoch mindestens als ein Steg ausgeführt sein. Radial innerhalb der Seitenwand ist das drehbare Bauteil angeordnet, welches axial aus dem drehfesten Bauteil heraus ragt. Im Zwischenraum zwischen dem drehfesten Bauteil und dem drehbaren Bauteil ist das Dichtelement angeordnet, wobei an der axialen Seite, welche dem Boden des topfförmigen Elementes gegenüberliegt, ein Abschlussbauteil beispielsweise ein Abdeckblech, angeordnet sein kann, um das Dichtelement vor Schmutz zu schützen. Das drehbare Bauteil kann einen Flansch aufweisen, welcher Durchbrüche aufweist, mittels welchen der Flansch beispielsweise über Radbolzen drehfest an der Flanschwelle gehalten sein kann. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist das drehbare Bauteil radial außerhalb der Flanschwelle angeordnet und kann beispielsweise auf den Außendurchmesser des Flansches der Flanschwelle aufgepresst sein. Es sind auch Kombinationen beider Möglichkeiten denkbar. In axialer Richtung schließt das drehbare Bauteil mit einer Anlage für die Felge ab oder ist von dieser Anlage zurückgesetzt angeordnet, so dass die Felge nicht auf das drehfeste Bauteil drückt. Um das Dichtelement zu ersetzen, wird die Felge von der Flanschwelle demontiert und falls ein Abdeckblech vor dem Dichtelement angeordnet ist, dieses entfernt, wodurch das Dichtelement frei zugänglich wird. Dadurch kann das Dichtelement ohne weitere Demontage weiterer Bauteile ersetzt werden.
