  • The present invention relates to a component connection according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for producing a component connection according to the preamble of claim 2.

  • The object of the invention is to provide a component connection or a method for producing a component connection, which is relatively inexpensive even in small quantities.
  • This object is solved by the features of claims 1 and 2, respectively. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention can be found in the dependent claims.
  • The starting point of the invention is a component connection with a first component, from which a "male" fixing element projects, and a second component, which has a "female" fixing element cooperating with the male fixing element. The two components are connected to each other via the two fixing elements or fixed relative to each other or prefixed for a subsequent additional or permanently fixed connection relative to each other. The female fixing element engages over and / or surrounds and / or engages behind the male fixing element, whereby the two components are positively connected and / or frictionally engaged with each other. The joining of the two components or a relative prefixing of the components to one another can be effected merely by plugging or clipping together the fixing elements.
  • The gist of the invention is that the female fixation element and / or the male fixation element are constructed "in layers".
  • As a suitable method for the layered structure of a female fixation element or a male fixation z. As laser cladding, laser sintering into consideration. Such methods are also known by the term "rapid prototyping".
  • The female or the male fixation can z. B. layered from a powder, such that a powder layer is applied and solidified by irradiation with a laser and connected to the underlying component or the underlying layer. After solidification of the layer, a further layer can be applied and solidified by irradiation with a laser until the female or the male fixing element is formed.
  • Such layered fixation come, as already mentioned, in particular for small numbers or small series applications, prototype components, etc. into consideration. With such methods, components can be constructed with almost any complex geometry.
  • For the layered preparation of the fixing z. B. a metal-containing powder can be used. Alternatively, the fixing elements can also be produced in layers of a plastic powder.

  • The female fixation element may be formed by a plurality of individual elements.
