Abstract

Anhydrous composition comprises (a) 6-17 wt.% at least one vegetable wax, (b) 5-85 wt.% at least one terpene solvent, (c) 2-7 wt.% a vegetable wax which is liquid at room temperature, (d) 0-8 wt.% at least one animal wax, (e) 0-75 wt.% at least one non-drying vegetable oil, and (f) 0-12 wt.% color pigments.

Description

Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung handelt es sich um eine wasserfreie Zusammensetzung im speziellen um eine Hartwachscreme für die Haut- und Lederpflege. Die Hartwachscreme für Haut- und Lederpflege ist insbesondere zur Schuhpflege geeignet und kann durch Änderung des Mischungsverhältnisses der Bestandteile für unterschiedlichen Schuhtypen, wie beispielsweise Sport-, Straßen- oder Büroschuhe, angepasst werden. Die wasserfreie Zusammensetzung zeichnet sich durch die Beigabe von hochwertigen Wachsen, Fetten und Ölen aus, wobei keine synthetischen oder gesundheitsschädlichen Bestandteile (z.B. giftige Lösungsmittel) enthalten sind.The present invention is an anhydrous composition, especially a hardwax cream for skin and leather care. Aus dem Stand der Technik sind diverse Zusammensetzungen zur Lederpflege bekannt, welche in der Regel aus natürlichen und synthetischen Inhaltsstoffen bestehen. Die DE 10 2006 042 448 A1 offenbart ein weitgehend synthetisches Lederpflegemittel welches im Wesentlichen aus synthetischen Komponenten besteht. Als Wachse kommen hierbei sog. Mikrowachs und Paraffin zum Einsatz, welche nicht natürlichen Ursprungs sind. Als Fettungsmittel werden Vaseline und Petroleum verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel wird bei diesem Lederpflegemittel sog. Testbenzin beigefügt, um ein möglichst homogenes Pflegemittel zu erhalten. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Rezeptur zu entwickeln, die je nach anteiliger Zusammensetzung unterschiedlichen Anwendungsgebieten in der Lederpflege gerecht wird und darüber hinaus zur Hautpflege eingesetzt werden kann. Besonderes Augenmerk soll hierbei auf der Behandlung von Schuhleder liegen. Weiter soll auf synthetische Inhaltsstoffe und gesundheitsschädliche Zusätze gänzlich verzichtet werden. Die Zusammensetzung soll eine herausragende Eignung zur Verwendung für das Leder von Sportschuhen erhalten, wo eingehender Kontakt der Schuhe mit der Körperhaut häufiger auftritt. Durch Variierung der Inhaltsstoffe soll es möglich sein, Konsistenz, Glanzwirkung und pflegende Wirkung für die Behandlung unterschiedlicher Produkte anzupassen. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch die in Anspruch 1 gegebenen Inhaltsstoffe und entsprechenden Mischungsverhältnisse. Die vorliegende Erfindung ist wasserfrei, was dem leichten Auftreten von Wasserflecken vorbeugt und dem Produkt eine längere Haltbarkeit verleiht. Enthalten sind pflanzliche und tierische Fette und Öle, weiterhin Wachse und Farbstoffe, die sich wie folgt zusammensetzen:

Weiterhin dient die leicht adhäsive Eigenschaft des Bienenwachses der Verbesserung des Grips bzw. der Haftreibung bei Sportschuhen. Diese ziehen in das Leder ein und verbessern seine Haltbarkeit und Geschmeidigkeit. Als nichttrocknende Öle werden in den nachfolgenden beispielhaften Zusammensetzungen Olivenöl, Mandelöl und Rizinusöl offenbart. Olivenöl besitzt eine haut- und damit auch lederpflegende Wirkung. Gegenüber anderen verfügbaren Ölen zeichnen sich alle drei Öle durch ihre gute Verfügbarkeit und einem minimalen Eigengeruch aus. Als flüssiges Pflanzenwachs sind 6,38 Gew.-% Jojobaöl enthalten. Der Anteil von Olivenöl liegt bei 19,79 Gew.-%, während der Anteil an Mandelöl bei 6,66 Gew.-%. Rizinusöl besitzt eine leicht adhäsive Wirkung, weshalb in dieser Zusammensetzung 20,88 Gew.-% davon enthalten sind. Auch dies trägt dazu bei, die Reibung von Zusammensetzung 1 erheblich zu verbessern und so dem Ballsportler noch mehr Kontrolle über den Ball zu geben. Um insbesondere die härteren Bestandteile Carnaubawachs und Bienenwachs zu lösen, ist 24,54 Gew.-% Orangenschalenöl enthalten. Farbpigmente sind in dieser Zusammensetzung nicht enthalten, da beispielsweise Fußballschuhe oft mit unterschiedlichen Farben ausgeführt sind. Der Anteil von Mandelöl liegt bei 6,65 Gew.-% und der Anteil von Olivenöl liegt bei 48,57 Gew.-%. Bei Schuhen im alltäglichen Gebrauch hat sich ergeben, dass ein derart hoher Anteil von Olivenöl sich besonders gut zur Lederpflege eignet. Jojobaöl ist mit einem Anteil von 5,08 Gew.-% enthalten. Orangenschalenöl als Lösungsmittel ist mit 6,06 Gew.-% vertreten. Dieser Anteil ist recht gering im Vergleich zum Anteil von Orangenschalenöl bei Zusammensetzung 1, denn hier ist auch der Anteil zu lösender Wachse geringer. Die Verteilung der weiteren Bestandteile ist ähnlich der von Zusammensetzung 2, bis auf den Anteil des Olivenöls, das hier nur mit 41,73 Gew.-% vertreten ist. Es sind 4,29 Gew.-% Bienenwachs enthalten und 12,89 Gew.-% Carnaubawachs. Außerdem sind 9,63 Gew.-% Rizinusöl, 13,16 Gew.-% Mandelöl und 5,04 Gew.-% Jojobaöl enthalten. Orangenschalenöl als Lösungsmittel ist in Zusammensetzung 3 mit einem Anteil von nur 6,10 Gew.-% enthalten, was wie bei Zusammensetzung 2 damit begründet ist, dass der Anteil der Wachse in Zusammensetzung 3 so gering ist, dass nur wenig Orangenschalenöl benötigt wird, um diese zu lösen.Composition 3, like composition 2, serves to care for the leather of shoes for everyday use, but is additionally dyed. Besonderer Wert hingegen wird auf den Glanz der Lederoberfläche bzw. auf die Haltbarkeit des Leders gelegt. Es hat sich als besonders vorteilhaft herausgestellt, in diesem Fall die Verwendung von Bienenwachs und nichttrocknenden Ölen zu unterlassen, um eine besondere Glanzwirkung zu erlangen. Der Anteil des glanzfördernden Carnaubawachses beträgt hierbei 15,37 Gew.-%. Zur pflegenden Wirkung sind in der Zusammensetzung 2,71 Gew.-% enthalten. Der Anteil von Orangenschalenöl beträgt 81,92 Gew.-%, was der Zusammensetzung eine besonders starke Duftnote verleiht.Composition 4 is used to care for the leather of office shoes. Anhydrous skin and leather care composition comprising: 6-17% by weight of at least one vegetable wax, 5-85% by weight of at least one terpene solvent, 2-7% by weight of a vegetable wax liquid at room temperature, 0-8% by weight of one or more animal waxes, 0-75% by weight of one or more non-drying vegetable oils, 0-12% by weight of colored pigments.
