Diese Hautberührung erfolgt zweckmäßigerweise mit einem Finger, z.B. dem linken Zeigefinger. Im Sinne eines Messgerätes 1 wäre das Messergebnis anzuzeigen. Erfindungsgemäß wird aber dieses Messergebnis nicht angezeigt, sondern über ein mobiles Kommunikationsgerät 3 an ein Telematiksystem mit Zugriff auf ein medizinisches Netzwerk und den Therapieplan für den betreffenden Diabetiker geschickt. Dort erfolgt die Ermittlung einer möglichst optimalen Therapiemaßnahme. Das kann nach einem Programm erfolgen als auch durch einen Arzt bzw. medizinisches Personal beurteilt sein. Damit ist sichergestellt, dass der Diabetiker-Patient, der üblicherweise kein Fachmann sondern ein Messtechnik-Laie ist, die unübersichtlichen Messergebnisse der vielen Spannungen nicht falsch deutet und dadurch seinen Krankheitsstatus verschlechtert. Die Informationen im medizinischen Netzwerk können im weltweiten Internet 4 oder auf einem Computer 5 oder aber auch auf dem mobilen Kommunikationsgerät 3 angezeigt, verschickt oder sonstwie bearbeitet werden.
