Die Erfindung wird in der Messtechnik angewendet. The invention is used in metrology.
Beim Einsatz von schwachselektiven elektrochemischen ionensensitiven Elektroden zur Ermittlung von Nernst-Spannungsmustern für die Statusermittlung von Diabetes-Patienten ist die Deutung für die notwendige Therapiemaßnahme selbst für Fachleute nicht möglich, umso weniger ist von dem für die Messtechnik als fachlichen Laien anzusehenden Patienten zu erwarten. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vom Messgerät eine Anzeige der Spannungen, die nach Nernst gewonnen werden und die an jeder schwachselektiven Elektrode über die Berührung mit dem Haut-Elektrolyt entstehen, nicht angezeigt sondern über ein mobiles Kommunikationsgerät mit Zugriff auf ein medizinisches Netzwerk mit den dort organisierten Therapiemaßnahmen und Ärzten bzw. medizinischem Personal verknüpft werden. Die in diesem Netzwerk vorhandene Gesamtkompetenz erstellt für den Diabetes-Patienten eine Patientenanweisung, die aus den bisherigen Therapiemaßnahmen und dem neuen Messwert sowie einer eventuellen Beurteilung und/oder Korrektur durch medizinisches Personal resultiert. Diese wird dem Patienten anstelle des vollkommen unübersichtlichen Spannungsmusters mitgeteilt. Das Spannungsmuster kann durch weitere Messgrößen, z.B. optische erweitert sein.
