Abstract
Description
Gegenstand der Patent-Anmeldung sind Badewannen mit einem zusätzlichen tiefer liegenden Wannenteil als Aufstehhilfe. Durch den tiefer liegenden Wannenteil ist es einfacher und leichter aus der Liegeposition in die Sitzhaltung mit angewinkelten Beinen wie auf einem Stuhl überzugehen. Die Sitzhaltung wie auf einer normalen Sitzgelegenheit z. B. Stuhl oder Sitzbank ermöglicht ein problemloses und bequemes Aufstehen und Aussteigen aus der Wanne. Eine wichtige, einfache und notwendige Hilfe, für Personen mit körperlichen Behinderungen oder altersbedingten Bewegungseinschränkungen. Ein wichtiger, nützlicher und zweckmäßiger Einrichtungsgegenstand für behinderten- und altersgerechtes Bauen und Wohnen und eine Verbesserung der Lebensqualität. Solche Badewannen machen es möglich, im Bad ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit zu bewahren, ohne großen technischen Aufwand und fremde Hilfe. Beim Aufstehen in der noch mit Wasser gefüllten Wanne, kommt auch noch der Auftrieb im Wasser zu Hilfe. Ein Baden in derartigen Wannen ist auch für junge gesunde und nichtbehinderte Personen angenehm und bequem. Bezüglich der Wannengröße, Länge, Breite, Höhe bzw. Wannentiefe, Form und Gestaltung, ob länglich, rechteckig. quadratisch, rund, halbrund, oval, als Eckausführung mit beliebigen Winkeln und Ausführungen ist alles möglich. Ebenso die Anordnung, Form und Gestaltung des tieferliegenden Wannenteils. Bei Bedarf und Notwendigkeit kann der tieferliegende Wannenteil auch mit einer wasserdicht verschließbaren Klappe als Ein- und Ausstiegshilfe versehen werden. Anordnung von Ein- und Ausstieg, ob seitlich oder stirnseitig entsprechend der räumlichen Möglichkeiten und Gegebenheiten. Ausführung, Größe und Anordnung von Haltegriffen und Bügeln als Ein- und Ausstiegshilfen sind den Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Ebenso Podeste und Stufen als Ein- und Ausstiegshilfen.
