bei dieser Erfindung wird anstelle des Rauchabgasrohres ein Konvektionswärmetauscher eingesetzt. Der der Konvektionswärmetauscher kann in baugleicher Form ausgeführt werden wie das Standard Rauchabgasrohr. Aufgrund dieser gewählten Bauform können viele kleinere bis mittlere Öfen mit dieser technischen Erfindungen nachgerüstet werden insofern ein Pufferspeicher vorhanden ist. Eine weitere Lösung besteht darin den Wärmetauscher nur als Teilstück des Abgasrohres auszuführen und mit dem restlichen Abgasrohr zu verbinden. Der Wärmetauscher besteht aus einem ca. 2–3 cm dickwandigen Guss- oder Stahlrohr oder anderen gut leitenden Metallen, in dessen Wand sich ein Kanal mit eckigem Querschnitt spiralförmig nach oben windet. Der Kanal der das flüssige Wärmeträgermedium aufnimmt läuft zum oberen Ende konisch zu. Dies ermöglicht eine natürliche Flussgeschwindigkeit wobei es sinnvoll ist konstruktiv auch eine 70 Umwältspumpe vorzusehen um größere Wassermengen erwärmen zu können. Am unteren Ende des Wärmetauscher befindet sich ein Einlassstutzen mit Absperrventil und am oberen Ende ein Auslassstutzen ebenfalls mit Absperrventil. Zur Sicherheit wird bei diesem Wärmetauscher ein Überdruckventil eingebaut. Der Wärmetauscher erhält eine Beipassleitung die für die Umleitung des Fluidums dient insofern das Fluid nicht weiter erwärmt werden soll. Um die Standsicherheit zu gewährleisten ist der Wärmetauscher mit einer zusätzlichen Halterung, die der Wandbefestigung dient, ausgestattet. Der Wärmetauscher sollte jährlich einer gründlichen Reinigung unterzogen werden um eine gute Wärmeleitfähigkeit zu gewährleisten. Daher sollten die Zu- und Ableitungen ebenfalls mit Absperrventilen versehen sein.In this invention, a convection heat exchanger is used instead of the flue gas tube.
