B. die Schrauben exzentrisch eingelegt werden, wodurch beim Eindrehen der Schraube eine Kompression der beiden Knochenteile in Richtung der Bruchlinie bewirkt wird. Die Befestigung durch Schrauben ist manchmal mit Schwierigkeiten oder Komplikationen verbunden. Z.
