Description
Bisherige Treppenkonstruktionen für zum Beispiel mobile Bühnen bestehen in der Regel aus einzelnen Modulstufen in unterschiedlichen Höhen. Diese lassen sich mittels einer Schraubverbindung zusammenstellen und montieren. Aufgrund der starren Auslegung ist eine Anpassung an unterschiedliche Höhen nur durch Unterlegen von Holz oder ähnlichem Material möglich. Die Montage einer solchen Modultreppe in freiem Gelände (z. B. bei einer Open-Air Bühne) ist dadurch sehr zeitraubend und erfüllt oftmals nicht die geforderte Standfestigkeit. Desweiteren muss das Geländer dieser Treppen nachträglich montiert werden, wobei wiederum viel Zeit vergeht. Viele unterschiedliche und zugleich schnell zu verlierende Bauteile (Schraubverbindungen etc.) können den Aufbau zudem erschweren. Die Zusammenstellung einer solchen Treppe im Lager ist aufwendig und stellt eine große Fehlerquelle dar. Die ebenfalls bekannten sogenannten „Vario-Treppen” lassen in einem gewissen Bereich zwar eine schnelle Höhenanpassung zu, vermitteln dem Benutzer aber aufgrund der oft mangelhaften Ausführung das Gefühl der Unsicherheit. Desweiteren ändert sich bei diesem Typ von Treppen je nach Aufbauhöhe auch die Stufenhöhe und die Stufentiefe. Alle bekannten Treppen können ausschließlich in einem rechten Winkel zur Podestfläche angeordnet werden. Oftmals müssen hierbei Kompromisse zwischen dem gewünschten Aufgang und dem technisch machbaren Aufgang gemacht werden.Previous stair structures for, for example, mobile stages usually consist of individual module levels at different heights.
