Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Übertragung nutzerbezogener Daten innerhalb von Computernetzwerken, insbesondere unter Einbindung des Internets. Bekannt ist nach der DE 20 2005 012 004 U1 eine Vorrichtung für das Erstellen eines Fotos, insbesondere eines Urlaubsfotos oder eines Jux- oder Witzfotos, mit einem Terminal, das mit einer elektronischen Kamera ausgerüstet und dabei die Kamera auf ein markiertes Bodenfeld gerichtet ist. Das Terminal weist zudem eine Bezahl- und eine Steuervorrichtung auf, mittels der nach einem Bezahlvorgang die Aufnahme eines digitalen Bildes ausgelöst wird. Danach wird das digitale Bild mittels einer Übertragungsvorrichtung im Internet auf einer für einen externen Rechner aufrufbaren Internetseite hinterlegt. Mit dieser Vorrichtung wird die gestalterische Bearbeitung der Fotos zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ermöglicht. Weiterhin ermöglicht die Vorrichtung durch die Zeitverzögerung der Aufnahme des digitalen Bildes die Aufstellung der zu fotografierenden Personen auf dem markierten Bodenfeld. Nachteilig ist an dieser Vorrichtung die fehlende Möglichkeit der Authentifizierung der Nutzer. Ebenso besteht ein Nachteil in der fehlenden Kombinationsmöglichkeit wird durch die Vorrichtung aufgenommenen digitalen Bilder mit bereits vorhandenen Fotos oder anderen Informationen. Weiterhin bekannt ist ein System zur Aufnahme und Bereitstellung von Personenfotos und Kontakten über das Internet, das aus einer Kombination einer Fotokabine/Fotobox, einem Münzeinwurfgerät mit einem Steuergerät, dass ein Signal nach Einwurf des Geldes an einen angeschlossenen PC weiterleitet, einer Digitalkamera und einem am PC angeschlossenen Drucker, der die Zugangsinformationen automatisch nach einer Fotoaufnahme erstellt bzw. ausdruckt. Mittels einer im PC angeordneten ISDN-Karte oder DSL-Ethernetkarte werden die Bildinformationen mit allen notwendigen Zugangsinformationen in einer Internetdatenbank bereitgestellt. Mit diesem System wird auf einer dafür entwickelten Disco-Webseite dem zuvor registrierten Besucher die Möglichkeit eröffnet, seine Wunschperson anhand vorgegebener Kriterien ausfindig zu machen und mit dieser in Kontakt zu treten. Dazu werden dem Nutzer in Clubs, Diskotheken, Cafés, Bistros Passbildautomaten bereitgestellt. Mittels dieser werden digitale Bilder des Nutzers erstellt und an dafür bereitgestellte Internetadressen hochgeladen. Der Nutzer erhält dabei ein Beleg mit einer fortlaufenden Nummer (UserID) und ein vom Computer automatisch erzeugtes Passwort ausgedruckt. Über einen externen PC, einem Handy o. ä. kann der Nutzer unter Eingabe seines Passwortes seine Datei auf der betreffenden Homepage mit persönlichen Daten ergänzen. Durch seine vorausgehende Registrierung kann der jeweilige Nutzer durch die Eingabe eingrenzender Kriterien andere Personen ausfindig machen. Nach der Einsicht weiterer Daten der ausgewählten Person besteht dann die Möglichkeit der Kontaktaufnahme mit dieser. Eine eventuell danach stattfindendes Treffen (Erstkontakt) wird durch ein vorgegebenes Kontaktformular an den vom Systembetreiber vorgesehenen Ort (z. B. Discothek) gezielt gelenkt. Die bei der Registrierung der Nutzer eingegebenen Daten werden vom Systembetreiber in einer Datenbank gespeichert. Dieser Datenbestand ermöglicht eine individuelle Ansprache der Nutzer und dadurch eine Personalisierung seiner Werbemaßnahmen. Nachteilig an diesem System ist die fehlende Möglichkeit der Kombination der erzeugten Bilder mit weiteren Bildern und individuellen Informationen der Nutzer sowie die eingeschränkte Möglichkeit der Kontaktaufnahme. Nachteilig an diesem System ist weiterhin, dass eine Ergänzung des personalisierten Datenbestandes der Nutzer und die Kontaktaufnahme Kenntnisse über den Umgang mit dem Internet erfordert. Bei dem durch die DE 10 2007 001 171 A1 bekannt gewordenen Speicherungssystem mit öffentlichen Zugangs-Terminals wird es den Benutzern ohne Zugang zur Computertechnik ermöglicht, den vollen Nutzen der digitalen Fotografie zu erschließen. Mit diesem System zur Verteilung und Archivierung von Medieninhalten werden die Bedürfnisse eines digital fotografieren Menschen ohne Zugang zur Computertechnologie befriedigt und dabei insbesondere eine zuverlässige Archivierung ermöglicht. Dazu bedienen sich die Nutzer öffentlich zugänglicher Terminals, die gegenüber bisherigen Terminals mit einem Archiv verbunden sind, das entsprechend seiner Größe und Datensicherheit dazu geeignet ist, sämtliche im Leben eines Kunden erzeugten Fotos aufzunehmen. Der Nutzer kann so beispielsweise im Rahmen eines mehrwöchigen Urlaubs mehrfach derartige Terminals aufsuchen, um jeweils die Speicherkarten seiner Kamera zu entleeren. Ebenso können über diese Terminals entsprechende Druckaufträge erteilt werden. Mit diesem Speicherungssystem wird den Benutzern ohne Zugang zur Computertechnik der uneingeschränkte Nutzen der digitalen Fotografie erschlossen. Nachteilig an dieser Lösung ist jedoch die eingegrenzte Nutzung auf den Speicherinhalt der Speicherkarten und die fehlende Möglichkeit der Kombination mit anderen individuellen Daten bzw. Informationen. Nach der DE 102 96 685 T5 wird eine Staraufkleberverkaufsvorrichtung und ihr Informationsaktualisierungsverfahren beschrieben, mit der Bilder von prominenten Personen durch neueste Bilder in Echtzeit aktualisiert werden und durch die automatische Staraufkleberverkaufsvorrichtung ausgewählt und mit einem Nutzerbild kombiniert sowie das zusammengesetzte Star/Nutzerbild im Form eines Staraufklebers ausgegeben wird. Mittels dieser Aufkleberverkaufsvorrichtung wird dem Benutzer ermöglicht, ein gewünschtes in Echtzeit aktualisiertes Starbild aus der Staraufkleber-Site auszuwählen und das ausgewählte Starbild mit seinen individuellen Daten bzw. Informationen zu verbinden und ausgeben zu lassen. Auch bei dieser Vorrichtung ist es von Nachteil, dass das Einsatzgebiet auf die Zusammenstellung von Starbildern mit eigenen Daten beschränkt ist. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht deshalb in der Schaffung eines Verfahrens zur Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Übertragung von nutzerbezogener Daten innerhalb von Computernetzen, insbesondere des Internets, das von allen Nutzern unabhängig von deren Kenntnissen über Computertechnologien genutzt werden kann und dabei die Möglichkeiten der Einschränkung des Umfanges übertragener personalisierter Daten und der Hinzufügung von weiteren individuellen Daten bzw. Informationen besteht. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch das Verfahren mit den beschreibenden Merkmalen nach Patentanspruch 1. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des Verfahrens werden mit den von den Patentansprüchen 2 bis 8 beanspruchten Verfahrensmerkmalen beschrieben. Durch die Anwendung bzw. Nutzung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ist es Nutzern ohne Kenntnisse der Computertechnologien und Kenntnisse über den Umgang mit Netzwerken (z. B. Internet) gleichermaßen möglich wie den Nutzern mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen Publikationen im Internet durchzuführen.
