Abstract
Description
Heat available in nature can be used in many ways. This always in such a way that the heat is derived from natural heat sources and then used either as a heat source or transferred into otherwise usable energy. In particular, cases of application include the promotion of geothermal heat with heat pumps and the absorption of solar energy to heat a medium that provides the transport of energy to the places where the re-use of energy occurs.
All natural heat devices use a collector that collects the heat. Such collectors can be technically complicated. For example, for the use of solar energy collectors are used, which not only absorb the external heat but about it by means of absorbers to convert the sun's rays into heat. Such thermal solar panels with solar absorbers, which are mounted in particular on roofs, consist of several components that interact. The outer, sun-facing side is a glass surface, whose suitability to absorb the heat by the "greenhouse effect" is increased. The heat is dissipated by means of a pipe system and this collector type is completed with an insulating layer that prevents heat loss. In addition to such plate absorbers, tube absorbers, air absorbers and hybrid absorbers are state of the art. All constructions are designed for the highest possible efficiency, technically complex and expensive. In particular, in the solar absorbers, which are mounted on roofs, also expensive mounting devices are still necessary to withstand the stresses of wind and snow.
(Anspruch 1)The object of the invention is to provide a collector that absorbs both solar radiation and ambient heat and dissipates it for further use, not the efficiency but the minimization of price and installation effort is the goal. To solve this problem, a collector is proposed, which consists of an airtight envelope made of plastic film with two air hoses or air tubes, which are connected airtight to each of an opening of the shell. (Claim 1)
(Anspruch 2)Virtually all, including the very inexpensive commercially available films have sufficient elasticity and stability to be suitable for the production of the collectors according to the invention. As a simple embodiment, two superimposed such films are proposed, the edges of which are cut according to the desired shape of the collector and then glued or welded. (Claim 2)
(Anspruch 3)For such applications, in which such collectors are provided for surfaces which are exposed to solar radiation, it is proposed as expedient that the sun-facing film is pigmented black to increase in this way the absorption of the sun's light. (Claim 3)
(Anspruch 4)In particular, for this type of collector, it is also advantageous to select a heat-insulating material for the film facing away from the sun. (Claim 4)
Preferable is also the following embodiment: The two films are not only airtight connected to each other at the outer edges but also with each other in such a way that a continuous tube is formed, through which defines the air through the entire collector and from there through the opening in the air hose or the air pipe is guided. This compound can be a bond. The adhesive is applied linearly to one of the films and the other film is then laid on top. Even with seams or welds, the film surfaces can be joined together, the seams themselves need not be airtight, as they are outside the tube they produce. Only the sewn surfaces themselves must be pressed together airtight in the seam. Also in such a way that the seams are additionally glued, the connection is possible.
For the tube thus formed various embodiments are conceivable. He can make a spiral. Another possibility is to arrange the tapes or seams parallel in such a way that they remain mutually open at their ends, with the result that the open points connect the parallel tubes with each other.
(Anspruch 5)In this collector, an environmental pump can be dispensed with so that the air flow through the channels is driven by the convection. (Claim 5)
(Anspruch 6)The collector according to the invention is also suitable to be mounted on the inside of strongly deformed sun-irradiated surfaces, such as the roofs or radiator hoods of motor vehicles. This embodiment is particularly advantageous in that the dissipated heat used to drive a generator and the power generated is delivered to the battery, which is the motor-driven charge via the alternator completely or partially unnecessary. (Claim 6)
(Anspruch 7)The scope of the collector according to the invention is not limited to specific areas. For example, it can be lowered by means of weights in deeper layers of lakes and rivers, where it absorbs the heat of the surrounding water, which never sinks below freezing even in winter with sufficient water depth. (Claim 7)
(Anspruch 8)This embodiment is particularly suitable for connecting the supply hoses to pipes laid in pavements to keep them ice-free in winter. The temperature of some plus degrees is sufficient for continuous air supply. (Claim 8)
