Abstract

The system has a spiral bimetal activated under an action of heat generated by a solar radiation such that the spiral bimetal changes a photovoltaic module (11) in an installation angle. The photovoltaic module is firmly mounted on a shaft (12), where the system activates an expansion element (13) under an influence of heat generated by the sunlight such that the photovoltaic module mounted on the shaft is changed in an installation angle. The expansion element is upwardly connected with a rotating disk (14) that is firmly connected with an end of the shaft.

Description

  • 1. Stellelement in Form einer Spiral-Bimetallfeder
  • 2. Stellelement in Form eines Dehnstoffelements
The invention relates to an automatically adjustable photovoltaic carrier system. The adjustment is made by thermal control elements, which are activated by the change in the daytime temperature. The invention relates to the use of two different control elements.
  • 1st actuator in the form of a spiral bimetallic spring
  • 2nd actuator in the form of an expansion element

Conventional photovoltaic carrier systems have a constant, non-adjustable orientation to the sunlight. The disadvantage here is that the optimum efficiency is not achieved. The invention ensures that the thermal control elements are activated by increasing daytime temperatures so that the photovoltaic modules are aligned perpendicular to the solar radiation and thus a maximum efficiency is achieved.

Beschreibung: Verstellung durch eine Spiral-Bimetallfeder:Description: Adjustment by a spiral bimetallic spring:

The photovoltaic module ( 1 ) ( 1 ) is rotatable about a shaft ( 5 ) in the carrier side part A ( 2 ) and the carrier side part B ( 3 ) stored. The photovoltaic module ( 1 ) is fixed to the shaft ( 5 ) connected. The spiral bimetallic spring ( 4 ) ( 2 ) is at one end fixed to the camp ( 6 ) and the other end with the rotatable shaft ( 5 ) ( 2 ) connected. If the temperature rises through the sun over the course of the day, the spiral bimetallic spring ( 4 ) and thus rotates the shaft and thus the photovoltaic module ( 1 ) ( 3 ). The maximum twist is determined by the stop ( 7 ) ( 3 ) limited. If the temperature drops over the course of the day, the photovoltaic module ( 1 ) by the spiral bimetallic spring ( 4 ) back to its starting position ( 1 ) turned back.

The photovoltaic module ( 11 ) ( 4 ) is rotatable about a shaft ( 12 ) in the carrier side part A ( 9 ) and the carrier side part B ( 10 ) stored. The photovoltaic module ( 11 ) is fixed to the shaft ( 12 ) connected. The expansion element ( 13 ) ( 5 ) is above with the turntable ( 14 ) and down with the holder ( 15 ) on the carrier side part B ( 10 ) attached. The turntable ( 14 ) is fixed to the end with the shaft ( 12 ) ( 5 ) connected. If the temperature rises through the sun over the course of the day, the actuator shifts ( 16 ) ( 5 ) in the direction of filing and thus rotates the shaft ( 12 ) and thus the photovoltaic module ( 11 ) ( 6 ). The maximum twist is determined by the stop ( 17 ) ( 6 ) limited. If the temperature drops over the course of the day, the photovoltaic module ( 11 ) by the tension spring ( 18 ) at the turntable ( 14 ) and in stock ( 19 ) ( 5 ) is fixed again in its starting position ( 4 ) turned back.
