Abstract

The method involves generating a request by a user, and automatically generating a list of mobile phones or persons (1) associated with the mobile phones at a time point, where the list represents intersection between the telephones and/or persons. The list is maintained at a selected location, and the list is registered in a mobile radio network. The telephones and/or persons determined at earlier time point are stored in an electronic database that is accessed over an Internet, where the selected location is described by position and surface area.
