Description

Object of the present invention is to provide a cupping applicator, on the one hand soft, skin-friendly and cuddly, but on the other hand sufficiently dimensionally stable to be drawn in the sucked state, without collapsing, laterally over the skin and the simultaneous cupping treatment of several adjacent skin areas differentiated and sufficiently dosed therapeutic intensity allowed.

This object is achieved by the features stated in the characterizing part of the main claim.

According to the invention, the treatment opening of the cupping applicator is subdivided by at least one septum. This results in two chambers, which are geometrically identical in a preferred embodiment of the invention and thus equal in size, that the septum in the interior of the treatment opening runs centrally in the plane of symmetry.

In a further preferred embodiment, the treatment opening is divided by two mutually perpendicular cross-cutting partitions into four equal chambers.

In both described embodiments of the invention, each of the two or four chambers has at least one vent hole for applying vacuum.

To carry out a special medical-cosmetic treatment, namely the peeling, the treatment-side edges of the treatment opening and the partitions, however, can also be made almost sharp-edged with a radius ≤ 0.1 mm. In this embodiment, during the sideways movement of the aspirated cupping applicator, the skin is pulled over the sharp edges, thereby deporting the dead horny layer of the epidermis.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the at least two chambers are separated and independently acted upon by vacuum.
