Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum induktiven Beheizen eines Werkstücks nach dem Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1.The invention relates to a device for inductive heating of a workpiece according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Das induktive Beheizen ist ein Verfahren zum gezielten und lokalisierten Wärmebehandeln von Werkstücken. Hierbei werden mittels Induktionsspulen Wirbelströme in einem metallischen Werkstück erzeugt, die zu einer lokalen Aufheizung des Werkstückes führen. Die Materialeigenschaften des Werkstücks können so auch bereichsweise eingestellt werden. Ein Nachteil bekannter Induktionsvorrichtungen liegt darin, dass diese sehr genau an die Form eines zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes angepasst werden müssen. Dies lässt sich oftmals nicht rechnerisch durchführen, so dass aufwändige Vorversuche durchgeführt werden müssen, um die richtige Geometrie der verwendeten Induktionsspulen und deren korrekt räumliche Anordnung bezüglich des Werkstückes zu ermitteln.Inductive heating is a process for the targeted and localized heat treatment of workpieces. Bei einer derartigen Vorrichtung zum induktiven Beheizen eines Werkstücks, insbesondere zum Induktionshärten, ist eine Mehrzahl von Induktionseinheiten vorgesehen, welche relativ zu einem in der Vorrichtung aufgenommenen Werkstück bewegbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist dabei vorgesehen, dass die Induktionseinheiten in einem Grundkörper der Vorrichtung aufgenommen und unabhängig voneinander relativ zu dem Grundkörper bewegbar sind. Damit kann eine hohe Anzahl unterschiedlicher Lagepositionierungen der Induktionseinheiten bezüglich des Grundkörpers und damit auch bezüglich eines in der Vorrichtung aufgenommenen Werkstücks realisiert werden. Dies ermöglicht eine problemlose Anpassung der Lage der einzelnen Induktionseinheiten relativ zum Werkstück. Versuche zur Ermittlung der optimalen Anordnung der Induktionseinheiten können mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung besonders schnell und einfach durchgeführt werden. Die Vorrichtung eignet sich somit insbesondere zur Ermittlung der Induktorgeometrie für das Beheizen eines neuen Werkstückes, wobei die aus Versuchen mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung gewonnenen Daten genutzt werden können, um schließlich eine endgültige Vorrichtung zum induktiven Beheizen zu konstruieren, in welcher die Induktionseinheiten fest aufgenommen sind.
