TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a transport and presentation packaging made of cardboard for a plurality of goods.

Such packaging is used for packaging and for sales-friendly presentation of goods in the trade. The goods are, in particular, piece goods or packaged bulk goods, which are in a primary packaging. These primary packages are then packaged in the secondary packaging representing transport and presentation packaging and placed in retail.

It should be noted that in explaining the present invention, structural reference will be made to "surfaces" (eg, "side surface," "bottom surface," "end surface") when describing the lay-flat condition of the blank of the package. In the folded state of the packaging, on the other hand, functional terms are "walls" (eg "side wall", "end wall", "rear wall") or the "floor".

STATE OF THE ART

Cardboard transport and presentation packages for a plurality of goods are generally known in the art.

From the German utility model DE 20 2010 009 056 U1 a transport and presentation packaging for a plurality of goods is known. A cardboard packaging body forms a goods chamber for receiving a plurality of goods and has a removal opening for removal of the goods. The removal opening is arranged from the point of view of the goods laterally on the packaging base body. In the packaging base body, a goods slide with a spring element for pushing the goods in the horizontal direction is arranged. The spring element has a locked position and an activated position. The locked position is secured by a closure element having a pin and a split pin. The bolt partially projects through an opening of the packaging base body out of the latter, wherein the split pin is seated outside the packaging base body transversely to the bolt in a bore of the bolt. By removing the pin, the closure element is opened and the spring element is brought into its activated position. In this position, the goods are acted upon in the horizontal direction to the removal opening.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention also relates to a transport and presentation packaging for a plurality of goods, in which the goods are stored one above the other in the goods compartment of the packaging base body and are individually freely removable from above through the removal opening from the goods compartment. The packaging has a goods lift, which is arranged in the packaging base body. The goods lift has a spring element for pushing the goods upwards in the direction of the removal opening. The spring element has a spring constant which is selected such that the uppermost product is arranged approximately at the same height of the packaging base body, regardless of the number of goods stored in the goods compartment.

The invention further relates to a goods lift for a transport and presentation packaging, which has a packaging base body made of cardboard, which forms a goods chamber for receiving a plurality of goods and having a removal opening for removal of the goods, wherein the goods stored one above the other in the goods compartment and from above can be removed individually by the removal opening from the goods compartment individually. The goods lift can be arranged in the packaging base body. The goods lift has a spring element which is formed in the position of the goods lift arranged in the packaging base body for pushing the goods upwards in the direction of the removal opening. The spring element has a spring constant which is selected such that the uppermost product is arranged in the position of the goods lift arranged in the packaging base, independently of the number of goods stored in the goods chamber, approximately at the same height of the packaging base body.

The invention will now be described in more detail below:

Locked position

The locked position of the spring element of the goods lift allows simple loading of the packaging base body with goods during the initial filling of the manufacturer of the goods.

For this initial filling of the packaging base is spent in its upright position and the goods lift used in the interior of the packaging body. Activated position

The removal of the goods lift from its locked position to the activated position then takes place at the point of sale - d. H. especially at the retailer.

For this purpose, the packaging base body on one or more openings through which the goods lift in the filled state of the transport and presentation packaging can be manipulated from the outside so that it is moved from the locked position to the activated position. In the activated position, the spring force of the goods lift now acts on the goods stored on it such that they are pushed or pressed in the direction of the removal opening of the packaging main body.

Free arrangement by choice of spring constants

The packaging base body has no lid or at least no such lid, which serves as a stop for the goods stacked on the goods lift.

The simple removal of the goods from the presentation packaging at a height of the presentation packaging is not achieved by a stop, but a skilful dimensioning of the spring constant of the spring element of the goods lift. The goods are freely removable, which means that they do not rest against any stop, or in other words the deflection of the spring element is determined only by the weight of the goods stored on it (as well as its own weight).

The spring constant preferably corresponds to the quotient of the weight force of exactly one product (that is to say a piece of goods) and its height (that is to say its extent in the direction of the spring travel of the spring element). This ensures that the topmost product, regardless of the number of goods stored in the goods chamber is always arranged approximately at the same height of the package body. The spring element is preferably dimensioned overall so that its maximum length in the not loaded by goods state about the height of a product is greater than corresponds to the desired presentation height of the goods. The spring constant is now chosen so that when placing a product, the extension of the spring is reduced by the height of a product. This then continues accordingly for the other goods. In other words, in the successive removal of goods after the removal of a product, the spring is further extended by its height, so that the surface (the cover) of the goods in each case remains at approximately the same distance from the bottom of the packaging base body.

It is understood that the presentation height of the goods depends on the exact dimensioning of the spring element and its spring constant and the weight of the goods and possible other factors and therefore the presentation height can not be met exactly, but this is done within certain fluctuations. In any case, these fluctuations are only so slight that the customer is given the impression of a uniform product presentation height.

Further embodiments

The goods lift is formed as a cardboard box with a bottom part and a lid part and arranged the spring element in the box. The dimensions of the box can be particularly well adapted to the interior of the packaging base body forming the goods compartment. The bottom part is supported on the inside of the bottom of the packaging base body, while the lid part is in contact with the bottom of the lowest goods of the stack of goods. Since this opening takes place only after the filling of the packaging base body with goods and the goods lift is then already taken up in the packaging base body, erroneous handling as a whole is virtually ruled out.

The spring element can be designed as a helical spring, in particular made of metal. Such a coil spring is well suited to be compressed on the one hand to the comparatively compact dimensions of the box and at the same time to ensure the necessary spring force for the further promotion of the goods in the goods compartment of the packaging base after removal of a product. It is particularly advantageous if the spring element is designed as a conical spring, in particular made of metal. Such a conical spring ensures that there is no tilting. However, it is also possible to use any other suitable types of springs.

The closure element can be designed as a band which encloses the box and thus holds in the locked position. Such a band closes the box on the one hand safely and on the other hand can be easily cut in the filled state of the package, so that the spring element can be easily delivered from the locked to the activated position. However, other closure elements are also possible. For example, the box could be sealed with one or more strips of tape, a string, tape, or other suitable means. A criterion for the selection of the closure element is that this can be easily cut and then immediately provides the activated position of the spring element.

The removal opening is arranged in the region of the upper end of the packaging base body and acts on the spring element in its activated position, the goods against gravity in the direction of the removal opening. Such an arrangement is particularly suitable for the presentation of frozen products in freezers. Here the removal always takes place from above, with the new transport and presentation packaging ensuring that different or even the same products are presented in juxtaposed transport and presentation packaging all at the same level. This results in not only a more ergonomic for the customer, but also a visually appealing presentation. If a certain number of goods have been removed from the respective transport and presentation packaging, or if this is empty, a refilling by the staff at the point of sale can also take place.

The packaging base body may have two openings which are provided in its lower region in opposite side walls. Through these openings, the staff can cut through the closure element at the point of sale and thus spend the transport and presentation packaging of the transport position in the presentation position. Depending on the design of the closure element this is thereby opened only through one or through both openings. However, it is preferred to design the closure element such that its opening or severance through one of the openings already causes the complete transfer of the spring element into its activated position. The two openings are then used, regardless of the orientation of the transport and presentation packaging to get to the opening well to spend the spring element in its activated position.

The goods are, in particular, general cargo or packaged bulk goods in primary packaging. These may be, for example, bagged products, cartons, frozen foods, pizzas, other ready meals in sachets or boxes, dough soups, CDs, chocolates, razor blades, etc.

In the case of bag products, there is the particular advantage that they are securely supported on the one hand in the presentation position on the part surrounding the removal opening portion of the lid of the packaging base body and on the other hand can be removed due to their deformability through the removal opening. In a dimensionally stable product - such as a pizza box - the goods can then not simply be pulled upwards, but must, for. Alternatively, the removal opening can also be arranged laterally on the packaging base body, so that the removal takes place perpendicular to the travel of the spring element.

In the formation of the packaging base body without a stop, the goods can be removed without difficulty regardless of the nature of their primary packaging through the removal opening.

The transport and presentation packaging is arranged so that the spring force of the spring element acts on the goods in a vertical upward direction.
