The invention is based on the object of specifying a wall part, in particular a service cover of a motor vehicle with the features in the preamble of
This object is solved by the features in
The wall part according to the invention, which is in particular a service cover of a motor vehicle, has a core layer, which is connected in each case directly or indirectly to an intermediate layer on two opposite surfaces. For example, one or each intermediate layer is connected directly or indirectly to an outer layer on its side facing away from the core layer. The core layer is essentially made of an elastomer or rubber. Each intermediate layer is honeycombed with cavities enclosing honeycombs. As a result of this design, the intermediate layers have a spacing which, in particular, substantially increases the moment of resistance of the wall part from one another. The an even greater distance from each other having outer layers also increase the moment of resistance of the wall part substantially. By an appropriate choice of the materials used, the wall part with a low weight on a high rigidity. The core layer of the wall part is vibration-isolating and thus sound-absorbing, so that no or at most a low sound can be transmitted through the wall part, which is not or should not be perceived disturbing. Such a wall part is suitable, for example, as a service cover of a motor vehicle, which can close moisture-tight and stable opening into a receiving space opening, in which any device, such as an energy storage, a fuel tank or a container for a fuel additive is arranged.

The invention is of course deviating from the single embodiment executable. The formed in the embodiment as a service cover of a motor vehicle wall part may be any wall part. Unlike the exemplary embodiment, the wall part can also have an asymmetrical layer structure. The core layer may be connected on two opposite surfaces in each case directly or indirectly to an intermediate layer which is connected directly or indirectly to an outer layer on its side facing away from the core layer. Each intermediate layer may be honeycombed with cavities enclosing honeycombs. For example, at least one intermediate layer can be a cardboard honeycomb part or a honeycomb part made of a metal or plastic or zinc foam or aluminum foam. The outer layer can be formed, for example, substantially of polyurethane (PUR) or an epoxy resin or of a thermoplastic material. It is not absolutely necessary for at least one reinforcement layer and / or at least one outer layer at least one support element to be introduced into the core layer. When using a reinforcing layer in the core layer, it is not always necessary for the reinforcing layer to be an at least flexible mesh or grid. When using a support element in at least one outer layer, it is not absolutely necessary for the support element to be a support grid or support net or by a textile scrim, knitted or woven or by fibers or a nonwoven, for example by natural fibers and / or man-made fibers, for example aramid fibers, and / or industrially produced inorganic fibers, for example glass fibers or carbon fibers. It is also not mandatory that in each case an adhesive layer is arranged between the core layer and at least one intermediate layer and / or between at least one intermediate layer and the adjacent outer layer. For example, the core layer can only be inserted loosely and / or over Fixing means or an adhesive and / or via a common bonding of other layers or all layers of the wall part, for example, be fixed at local locations. For this purpose, the layers of the wall part can be connected to one another, for example, at a few point and / or line and / or planar locations by pressure and heating and / or via connecting elements and / or via adhesives. An adhesive may also bond two adjacent layers by placing the adhesive in a through hole in one layer, and in particular bonding the portion of the other layer opposite the through hole and possibly an area adjacent thereto. By having a distance from each other having intermediate layers and an even greater distance from each other having outer layers and by an appropriate choice of the materials used, the wall part at a low weight on a high rigidity. The cavities of the honeycombs of the intermediate layer can be substantially separated from each other by walls or at least partially connected to each other. If cavities of the honeycombs are at least partially connected to one another, penetrated sound can run in the cavities and be damped in the process. The core layer of the wall part is vibration-isolating and thus sound-absorbing, so that no or at most a low sound can be transmitted through the wall part, which is not or should not be perceived disturbing. The wall part can be arranged adjustable or stationary and form, for example, a stationary structural part. For example, the wall part form a stationary bottom wall or side wall or transverse wall of a motor vehicle.
